Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
From the very beginning, the moving team was professional and organized. Jack communicated clearly about every step of the move and made sure that the job was handled with care.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.

I followed them in my car, and when we reached my new place, they placed it against the wall exactly where I asked them.
I booked them to move inventory for a temporary art exhibition closing earlier than expected. The team stayed flexible and worked around the limited access hours. Crates and display materials were transferred without issues. Their approach felt calm and sensible, which made the whole process easier to manage. This is a team I would trust again without hesitation.
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
