Read More Really appreciate Daniel and Jose, they bailed me out of a bad situation where I scheduled a week late by mistake. They were willing to work with me though, and they helped me get everything moved even though it was a little more than I thought it would be. Overall, really great guys, very communicative, very chill and fun to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an issue with one piece fitting in a room and Chuck figured it out and took care of us. Best moving help experience we've ever hired (8x moves). Not one single scratch or mark on any furtniture or wall...that's a first with any moving company! And thats moving huge heavy furniture, washer, dryer, fridge etc. Seriously just the best guys. So friendly, careful, courteous and crazy strong!!! Thank you so much for such amazing service!

There is no guarantee, and they have your cc information from the beginning, so good luck arguing unless you go through the fraudulent process with your cc company. I used movers in Michigan for a long-distance move. It was very difficult because it was a multi-day move. This is not a use local service though they mention this in the ad. The closest movers they recommended were over an hour away which also caused problems in completing the job. I was also charged for their travel time to my location!

Asked questions throughout the loading process. Master packers! Hire-A-Helper confirmed my appointment and sent reminders. I would not hesitate to recommend them. In fact, I've already arranged for unloading at my new home.
