Excellent Work!
From the beginning to the end, my experience with Hercules Moving Solutions was excellent. The team of people who were moving my stuff was really careful with all of my things, my heavy furniture and the things that could break easily. First Class Movers helped with the moving process. Everything stayed well-coordinated. They always kept me informed about what was going on. I knew what to expect. All my things arrived in condition, and there were no unexpected charges, which was great.

Exceptional teamwork, and genuine care for their clients
I’ve never seen a squad work so efficiently! The folks from Hercules Moving Solutions were like a well-oiled machine—one person wrapped, another labeled, and another strategically loaded the truck. Watching them made me realize how unorganized I usually am! They respected my fragile collectibles, using foam and bubble wrap, and placed them in a separate section in the truck to avoid damage. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but they made moving day kind of fun. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and they helped set up some of my shelves. Five stars, hands down.

Smooth Experience!
I was concerned about the move of my furniture and electronics, but everything was done in a professional manner by Hercules Moving Solutions. The transportation part was done by Nationwide, and all the items were delivered in great shape. They showed great respect to my belongings, and the unloading was done in a very efficient manner.

Great Moving Experience!
Having heard so many touching horror stories about people’s relocation experience, I felt relieved that Hercules Moving Solutions gave me such a good impression. The guys were very careful with packing and unpacking, ensuring that all the things are not scratched or lost. In addition, they coordinated the part of relocation with Quick Shift Express Moving, and everything was communicated well.

Hercules Moving Solutions responsible for our lost and damage items
We had horrible experience with Hercules moving Solution & Cita Van Lines. Please think at least five times before select Hercules moving Solution & Cita Van Lines for interstage moving. David Mesa of Hercules Moving Solution sent contract to move items from OH to PA based on the items in our email as $1650 (Job No 6107149, Ref. HM6107149), Vol 286 cf (2002 lbs), pickup date 11/23/24 , delivery 11/25/24. When we indicated on line complaints against Hercules Moving Solution David Mesa assured their new management will compensate any lost/damaged items during transit & we can trust Hercules. Cita Van Lines , the delivery company of Hercules came on 11/23/24 and forced us to pay $200 (approx.)more considering our helpless situation. We received delivery on 12/8/2024. We found the following lost items ; 1. Remote control Black & decker Pedestal Fan $ 80.00 2. Two packing boxes containing winter jackets, Ladies dresses, bed covers , Pressure monitor, Oxygen meter, total cost $ 1620 (approx.) Damaged items : 1. New Exercise Bike $ 190 (approx.) 2. Table Lamp $100 (approx.) 3. One trolley wheeled cart $100(approx.) 4. Hard plastic basket containing dry food of $ 100.00 The total price of lost & damaged items were more than $2000 (approx.). We were surprised how Cita van lost our items. Cita van did not help to find lost items. Transit insurance agreed to pay only $125. David Mesa of Hercules Mover should send compensation as assured during contract negotiation.

Amazing Crew!
I was very busy at that time, and I needed something to go smoothly without disturbing my schedule. Hercules Moving coordinated this move with First Class Movers, and the whole experience was much better than I had anticipated. My boxes, furniture, and electronic appliances were handled carefully by the crew and efficiently throughout the pickup. I was quite satisfied with the handling of my delicate appliances. Everything got there safely and without disturbing my hectic schedule.

Glad to use Hercules Moving Solutions All electronics, furniture, and other household belongings were delivered safely and without any damage. Unpacking became easier due to thoughtful packing and box placement. This experience took away a lot of stress from the move.

The reservation was easy, and the guys at the office were wonderful at providing great customer service. They came on the arranged day and treated all our things with care. They secured everything tightly, alleviating any concerns about potential damage. All items were delivered at the exact promised date.
