I had a very positive experience with the movers from Hercules Moving Solutions as they took a great deal of care of my items. I had fragile decorations that were safely packed, and the loading process went perfectly well. The transportation was carried out by Nationwide, and all items were delivered just as expected.
I was very busy at that time, and I needed something to go smoothly without disturbing my schedule. Hercules Moving coordinated this move with First Class Movers, and the whole experience was much better than I had anticipated. My boxes, furniture, and electronic appliances were handled carefully by the crew and efficiently throughout the pickup. I was quite satisfied with the handling of my delicate appliances. Everything got there safely and without disturbing my hectic schedule.
The reservation was easy, and the guys at the office were wonderful at providing great customer service. They came on the arranged day and treated all our things with care. They secured everything tightly, alleviating any concerns about potential damage. All items were delivered at the exact promised date.
Do not use Hercules Moving for any sort of move. They are rude, condescending, misleading, and liars. From the time we spoke with the salesperson, to the actual move, we were told so many different stories, I could have written a novel. The salesperson said he would be with us on the entire journey, but once he had our money, he disappeared. Each step of the process had a different representative and they didn’t know what was said by any of the other people we spoke with. There contract is misleading in the count of items you need moved and the two-day window is ridiculous. I’m not sure how anyone can plan a move not knowing which day they are moving. There are real estate contracts that need to be abided by and they could care less. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had an experience with Hercules Moving Solutions when they handled my move. They did a job of coordinating everything. The people who moved my things were really quick when they loaded everything up. They were very organized when they unloaded everything to my new place. I liked that the customer support people got back to me when I had questions. All of my things arrived safely. Nothing was damaged or broken. There were no surprise charges either, which was a relief.
I had no idea where to begin with organizing a long-distance move. Having someone step in and arrange everything felt like a huge relief. The movers they found were efficient and polite, and I didn’t have to make dozens of calls to different companies. Everything was handled through one point of contact, which made the whole process much easier than expected.
