Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
I was concerned about the move of my furniture and electronics, but everything was done in a professional manner by Hercules Moving Solutions. The transportation part was done by Nationwide, and all the items were delivered in great shape. They showed great respect to my belongings, and the unloading was done in a very efficient manner.
From the beginning to the end, my experience with Hercules Moving Solutions was excellent. The team of people who were moving my stuff was really careful with all of my things, my heavy furniture and the things that could break easily. First Class Movers helped with the moving process. Everything stayed well-coordinated. They always kept me informed about what was going on. I knew what to expect. All my things arrived in condition, and there were no unexpected charges, which was great.
They provided outstanding service from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, communicated clearly, and handled every item with exceptional care. Their professionalism, fairness, and efficiency made the entire move smooth, organized, and completely stress free. They exceeded expectations with their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend their dependable, honest, high-quality service.
if I could leave negative stars I would. We contacted them end of August 2025 and set up a pickup date of sept 10. They delayed the pickup date twice and we were in Florida by the time they arrived sept 15. Our stuff went to Ohio and sat there for a month. The customer service people except one (Anthony)were sarcastic and rude. We reached out to them multiple times and finally got our stuff today October 11. Terrible company to deal with. They also increased our estimate 3 times.
The team was punctual, professional, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They worked quickly, communicated clearly, and made the entire moving process stress free. Excellent service from start to finish highly recommend Hercules to everyone!
I had a very positive experience with the movers from Hercules Moving Solutions as they took a great deal of care of my items. I had fragile decorations that were safely packed, and the loading process went perfectly well. The transportation was carried out by Nationwide, and all items were delivered just as expected.
Glad to use Hercules Moving Solutions All electronics, furniture, and other household belongings were delivered safely and without any damage. Unpacking became easier due to thoughtful packing and box placement. This experience took away a lot of stress from the move.
I was very busy at that time, and I needed something to go smoothly without disturbing my schedule. Hercules Moving coordinated this move with First Class Movers, and the whole experience was much better than I had anticipated. My boxes, furniture, and electronic appliances were handled carefully by the crew and efficiently throughout the pickup. I was quite satisfied with the handling of my delicate appliances. Everything got there safely and without disturbing my hectic schedule.
I hired movers to take my things from a storage unit into my townhouse. They stacked the boxes neatly, carried my sofa without scratches, and placed everything right where I asked.
Excellent moving service! The team was professional, punctual, careful, and incredibly helpful. They handled everything smoothly, communicated clearly, and made our move completely stress-free. Highly recommended!
