The transportation part was done by Nationwide, and all the items were delivered in great shape. They showed great respect to my belongings, and the unloading was done in a very efficient manner.
Having heard so many touching horror stories about people’s relocation experience, I felt relieved that Hercules Moving Solutions gave me such a good impression. The guys were very careful with packing and unpacking, ensuring that all the things are not scratched or lost. In addition, they coordinated the part of relocation with Quick Shift Express Moving, and everything was communicated well.
I have a lot of heavy wooden furniture and a piano, so I was worried about scratching my hardwood floors. The specialists from Hercules Moving Solutions brought all sorts of protective gear—mats, blankets, you name it. They made sure to place them in high-traffic areas, and they also used dollies to move the piano. Unloading it at my new place was just as smooth. I didn’t see a single scrape on my floors. They demonstrated an incredible amount of expertise, which made the entire ordeal stress-free. Definitely a five-star service in my book.

The reservation was easy, and the guys at the office were wonderful at providing great customer service. They came on the arranged day and treated all our things with care. They secured everything tightly, alleviating any concerns about potential damage. All items were delivered at the exact promised date.

The people who moved my things were really quick when they loaded everything up. They were very organized when they unloaded everything to my new place. I liked that the customer support people got back to me when I had questions. All of my things arrived safely. Nothing was damaged or broken. There were no surprise charges either, which was a relief.
I was very busy at that time, and I needed something to go smoothly without disturbing my schedule. Hercules Moving coordinated this move with First Class Movers, and the whole experience was much better than I had anticipated. My boxes, furniture, and electronic appliances were handled carefully by the crew and efficiently throughout the pickup. I was quite satisfied with the handling of my delicate appliances. Everything got there safely and without disturbing my hectic schedule.
