New York to vero beach

if I could leave negative stars I would. We contacted them end of August 2025 and set up a pickup date of sept 10. They delayed the pickup date twice and we were in Florida by the time they arrived sept 15. Our stuff went to Ohio and sat there for a month. The customer service people except one (Anthony)were sarcastic and rude. We reached out to them multiple times and finally got our stuff today October 11. Terrible company to deal with. They also increased our estimate 3 times.

Amazing Crew!

I was very busy at that time, and I needed something to go smoothly without disturbing my schedule. Hercules Moving coordinated this move with First Class Movers, and the whole experience was much better than I had anticipated. My boxes, furniture, and electronic appliances were handled carefully by the crew and efficiently throughout the pickup. I was quite satisfied with the handling of my delicate appliances. Everything got there safely and without disturbing my hectic schedule.

Great Moving Experience!

Well Organized!

I had an experience with Hercules Moving Solutions when they handled my move. They did a job of coordinating everything. The people who moved my things were really quick when they loaded everything up. They were very organized when they unloaded everything to my new place. I liked that the customer support people got back to me when I had questions. All of my things arrived safely. Nothing was damaged or broken. There were no surprise charges either, which was a relief.

Smooth Experience!

I was concerned about the move of my furniture and electronics, but everything was done in a professional manner by Hercules Moving Solutions. The transportation part was done by Nationwide, and all the items were delivered in great shape. They showed great respect to my belongings, and the unloading was done in a very efficient manner.
