Excellent Work!
From the beginning to the end, my experience with Hercules Moving Solutions was excellent. The team of people who were moving my stuff was really careful with all of my things, my heavy furniture and the things that could break easily. First Class Movers helped with the moving process. Everything stayed well-coordinated. They always kept me informed about what was going on. I knew what to expect. All my things arrived in condition, and there were no unexpected charges, which was great.

Nightmare
Upon unloading, I saw that three "Kitchen" cartons were absent. These boxes contained my costly cookware as well as a few other cherished items. When I contacted the business, they were adamant that the shipment had been completed. They went so far as to say that I was to blame for the boxes being missing. This level of disappointment from a service is unprecedented for me.

Best experience!
I had a very positive experience with the movers from Hercules Moving Solutions as they took a great deal of care of my items. I had fragile decorations that were safely packed, and the loading process went perfectly well. The transportation was carried out by Nationwide, and all items were delivered just as expected.

Well Organized!
I had an experience with Hercules Moving Solutions when they handled my move. They did a job of coordinating everything. The people who moved my things were really quick when they loaded everything up. They were very organized when they unloaded everything to my new place. I liked that the customer support people got back to me when I had questions. All of my things arrived safely. Nothing was damaged or broken. There were no surprise charges either, which was a relief.

Horrible experience avoid at all costs
I will start with our sales rep, Ernie, was fantastic and was with us all the way through pick up and try to help his best he could. That is where anything positive regarding this company ends. 24 hours before pick up, Stephen (who is quite possibly the most condescending individual I've ever spoken with in my life) reached out requesting an additional $900. He said this was part of a quality assurance screening call, and this was to ensure that I was not charged anything additional when the movers picked up. He also stated that he has been doing this for 17 years and never been wrong on a quote and if I wound up bidding asked for any additional money from the movers he would pay it out of his own pocket, which, of course didn't happen, more on that later. I went ahead and paid it and was told pick up was scheduled for the next day and they would be there sometime that morning but I needed to wait for a call from the dispatcher for the exact timing. This was all on a Saturday when I did not receive a call by about 630 on Saturday evening. I called back in and was told they were still waiting to hear from dispatch but I would receive a call by 11 PM and I was 100% still on the schedule for Sunday. I never received that call and was not able to get in touch with customer service again until just after 10 AM on Sunday morning, when I was informed by Gina, who is also excellent and did her very best, that there was no chance a pick up was happening on Sunday and from everything she could see there was never anything in the system for that Sunday pick up, but assured me that pick up would be first thing Monday morning. Later that same day, I received a call from the dispatcher who informed me that pick up would be between 8 AM and 9 AM on Monday morning. I gave them a little grace. Before I called around 10:15 to see what was going on and was told at that point they would be there at some point between 10 AM and 2 PM. Around 1230 I was texted by the dispatcher and told they were 40 miles away and to be prepared for them to pick up within the next 30 to 45 minutes. Of course that pick up also did not happen and ultimately a driver showed up at around 2:15 PM with the excuse that he had to stop about two hours away and have a tooth pulled before he arrived. Which certainly checked out as his face was swollen about the size of a golf ball on his right jaw. Once he loaded about half of my belongings, I received another call from dispatch requesting an additional $3000 or they were going to put a lock on the truck and hold my items until they receive an additional payment once I mentioned that I had already paid Hercules nearly 900 additional two days prior he explained to me that that was simply Hercules nickel and diamond me, and none of that money was going to his company and he doesn't know where they got that number from and he initially said firm at his request for 3000 which he ultimately came down to 1500. After I said I was going to call the local sheriffs office and have them talk to him. After that piece was done they finish loading my items and from then on out it was fairly smooth sailing. They said they would deliver at 2 PM the next day about 500 miles of the road and they showed up exactly on time and got everything delivered the only concern I had during the delivery was I received several boxes that did not belong to me and they said they didn't know who those boxes belong to and for me to just keep them because those were on the trailer when they picked it up from St. Louis about a week prior to my move I explained to him that the belongings look like a lot of personal effects such as multiple photo albums, and he just said there was nothing you could do and no one had any way of tracking down who actually on those items and he refused to take them back. Overall, it was an absolutely horrible experience, and I would never consider using this company again. I would advise anyone to think twice before going with this broker.

Bad Service.
This was the worst experience ever my wife and I used this company to move us from GA to TX I’m usually a very understanding person but we were advised that we would be moved on a specific day the movers didn’t show up the day we were told they would be there then once they came they told us it would be delivered by the 2nd which wasn’t what we were promised when we booked but we understood the DOT guidelines so we were ok with them taking two day after day two of waiting and no one showing up my wife called to be told they had up to 10 days to deliver our things and guess what they didn’t show up until day 10 and then the movers had the nerve to force us to tip him saying they still wasn’t going to deliver our things as if he didn’t a favor when we paid for our move our things was damaged and wet broken and missing boxes we were misquoted so the price was way move than what we originally agreed to if you are in need of movers please look elsewhere where this was a horrible experience!

These people suck!!
I had higher expectations of this business. We used them for our move and it has been terrible. The lack of customer service and responsibility has been very unfortunate for us. They have now had our stuff for 22 days and still won't provide me a time as to when we will be getting our stuff. On the scheduled date of delivery, I called them and asked when they would be coming. They told me there would be a 2-3 day delay and I would need to wait. That was weeks ago. Their estimates are meaningless and give you false hope. When I first contacted them for the move they assured me they were some of the best movers and had great reviews. I should have just moved our stuff myself for the price we paid. This has been a terrible experience, and I am not looking forward to continue dealing with it. Please consider other moving options.

Amazing Crew!
I was very busy at that time, and I needed something to go smoothly without disturbing my schedule. Hercules Moving coordinated this move with First Class Movers, and the whole experience was much better than I had anticipated. My boxes, furniture, and electronic appliances were handled carefully by the crew and efficiently throughout the pickup. I was quite satisfied with the handling of my delicate appliances. Everything got there safely and without disturbing my hectic schedule.
