Read More I have used Heart Moving Manhattan for three moves, twice in the city and once between states! They are amazing, so professional and yet very nice and personable. They are very efficient and reliable. I am so grateful for the wonderful job they did for us .

Read More I planned to give a 5 but later I am not happy with the way I was treated. 1. When discussing the moving date, the sales didn't talk about time with me. I was occupied with too many things so I got the impression that I had told them the time. The sales never asked me to confirm the time. Only on the day before the moving day I was told that they would move in the morning. But both elevators for the move-out and move-in buildings were reserved in the afternoon. That made the moving take much longer than expected because we had to share the elevators with other movers. 2. The moving process was fine. They did a good job and helped me get rid of the very heavy furniture I no longer needed. 3. When moving into the new apartment, they were in a hurry to leave. While I understood it, I was not happy that they left almost immediately without helping assembling all my furniture and placing them at the place I wanted, after they got their tips and recorded the feedback video. I have to wait until my friend have time to help me. 4. They didn't let me check the moving truck before leaving. I trusted them, and I was really exhausted with moving afterward. But after that I found that I couldn't find a box of my shoes, which is worth about $200. I called them but the only thing they said was "They didn't find anything on the truck". Overall, they did the moving pretty efficiently. But according to my personal experience, I won't give them a high score.

Read More Heart Moving staff are the best. The management also and the logistic team are one of the kindest people I dealt with. My experience was smooth, fast, and very satisfying. The movers took great care of my stuff, and never complained about anything. They also would help you with anything and suggest solutions if you ask. Ana, the representative who arranged my moving, was incredible. They kept checking on my move before, during, and after to make sure that everything was going smoothly. Highly recommended, I am pretty sure that I will come back to them later if I move and def will recommend them to any of my friends moving in NY!

Read More I booked this move with a gentleman named Chris and need I say everything went well with the booking. Chris was extremely knowledgeable. The actual move was smooth sailing from start to finish. I had three moving men, Jose was the main guy and two other men very efficient and neat movers. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them and will use them in future Thank you for a job well done.

Read More My experience with Heart Moving was just incredible from the beginning of my moving journey. I was skeptical with moving companies with all the horror stories I heard about some of them being shady. (Hiking prices last minute/holding items hostage/damages etc..) This idea of needing to hire a legit company that wouldn’t screw me over or add last minute charges had made me extremely nervous. That was until I contacted Heart Moving. Ana guided me through the preliminary estimate process with patience and grace. She answered all my questions and did everything she could to ease my nerves and work to get me a fair quote. I rec’d all kinds of quotes for my move from FL to NY, ranging from $1500 to $9000. I ultimately went with Heart Moving because of how comfortable I felt with Ana and the company. As moving day came I was still anxious and any last minute shenanigans occurring but none of that happened. Ana coordinated with me the entire time and then handed me off to our mover Max who was as equally amazing. They arrived close to when they said, packed the truck with our items carefully and quickly. Max was very polite and efficient. They arrived in NY when they said they would and again Max was just as great. BTW, during the whole move Ana continuously reached out to check on me and how the move was going. My fears/nerves on hiring a mover have been disproven thanks to Ana, Max and Heart moving. If I ever have to move again I will for sure be calling them.
