They are super-duper amazing

I would highly recommend Global trans van lines, they are amazing! Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional, polite, and friendly. They provided me with a very reasonable quote. The moving team was very hard working! The guys who showed up did a great job. All of our furniture was wrapped really well and they took things apart professionally. The goods were separated very carefully to ensure they would be able to unload the same thing with ease. I loved working with them.

DAMAGE FREE MOVE

They were just excellent and their customer service chap was a genius! We were surprised to see the goods arrive early and we were worried if the goods had any damage. To our surprise we had no damage and the company has taken up the task to reach early as they were trying to make us comfortable. At our new place they never sat empty for a minute; they placed all the furniture in order and made sure the house was all set. Thanks a million for your great work. I am a fan of Global trans van lines!

Dishonesty/Fraud

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about the company’s apparent fraudulent payment practices. I initially spoke with Steve Miles and sent a check as a down payment for our move. A few days later, Mr. Miles told me that the bank had stopped payment on the check and asked me to send a replacement. Because I was concerned, I contacted my bank and learned that both checks had been cashed. I then contacted Gary in the Quality Assurance Department, whom I understood to be Mr. Miles’s supervisor. Gary stated that the company’s records showed the first check had been returned, which conflicted with both the bank’s records and the explanation I had received from Mr. Miles. I sent Gary a bank copy confirming that the first check had been cashed. I received no further response, and my money has not been returned. Given the conflicting explanations, duplicate payment, and lack of follow-up, I am concerned that the matter may involve improper payment handling or fraudulent activity by an individual in finance, Mr. Miles and Gary. I did not use this company, I moved with a better company.

Nothing was broken!

Global trans van lines is a professional moving company. People there are professional and friendly. I was impressed with the care given to my belongings, as though they were their own. Everything was in perfect condition. We got everything, nothing was broken or disappeared. One of the best services. They never got tired or lost their friendliness. This moving company is the best choice and I will come back to use them again in the future. They are highly recommended!

They are the best

I called some companies but all demanded sky high rates which far exceeded our budget. We called Global trans van lines and told its representative all our needs. He assured us to solve our problem and provided a reasonable price. He sent a team to pack all my consignments and load them onto a truck on the moving day. They all were very professional and packed the items within two hours. I was very nervous regarding their commitment for timely delivery of my stuff. I was shocked to know that their team delivered the whole cargo on time as promised. It turns out that they kept every promise they made to me. They are worth hiring!

Very understanding

Global trans van lines is simply awesome!! I was pretty upset when my daughter had to move out of her apartment on a weekend where neither her mother nor I could help her. I was on such a short notice that we were very helpless in terms of any assistance. I quickly googled and called 3 different companies, and hired these guys even though they weren’t the cheapest, although I felt that they really cared. They took extra time to tell me about how careful they are with art and antiques and that moving precious items is one of their "specialties.", they assured me that all the paintings and antiques would be carefully packed. I was completely relieved and impressed to see that everything was in perfect condition. I couldn't have been happier! Well done!

I hired Global trans van lines and I was highly pleased with their service. They are the company which can provide you service along with 100% customer satisfaction. Our move went well with them. When the fellows came to my home for packing and loading, they came prepared and started to work. They did their job and it was done systematically. All my items were finely positioned. It was an excellent move

Best experience ever with Global Trans Van Lines! All 3 guys on the crew were educated, clean and professional looking, and were much focused. Their sales rep gave me a quote and it was a little higher than some of the other quotes I had received. Because I felt more comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge that came from their sales rep, I felt more at ease with this company. When the crew came out to my house, they all greeted me like an old friend and immediately gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and were nice chaps. Not only did they literally run throughout the day, but they also wrapped everything, stacked it carefully, and planned out how they were going to fill the truck to prevent damage during the transit. The goods we received were without any damage and the quality of the move was excellent.

Do not use

Do not use!! Initial low ball estimate was increased by a third on pick up day $4250. - $6300. No update for over a month, then texts at 1:30 am that my furniture was being delivered that day. Again, the upcharges for extras I had already paid for in contract. Again, Talk to the "boss" (intimidating, stock?, photo on iphone) After unloading wrong boxes, my load was found on the truck. To his credit, the ONE mover worked hard and was patient with my very upset husband.

Great quotes

This time I chose Global Trans Van Lines and I am happy! My quote wasn't as high as it normally is and their team was so responsive and attentive to my needs, I was pleasantly surprised. This company wasn't like the other moving companies where if I called, they got back to me in a couple of days, they got back to me in a couple of hours and that was very important to me. In the end, there wasn’t a single damage anywhere!!! I will recommend them to everybody!
