Read More I was going with another moving company but from the moment I spoke with the sales rep from Global Trans Van lines, I was so impressed that I assigned them. They had to bring the packing materials, pack, and move my belongings to my new residence. They did not let me down. The guys did not rest until they finished the job. I tried my best but failed to figure out any mistakes! It was a flawless performance by these guys. I definitely recommend them because they have impressed me all the way!

Read More I just got my things today and wanted to say thank you. You and your team made the whole process very easy and all went very smoothly and according to plan. From the start, we had great communication and the sales rep explained everything I needed to know. He also gave me a good deal and I couldn't ask for a better service. The moving team was great too and very accommodating. I'll be recommending Global trans van lines to others and I will be calling you again if I ever need to relocate.

Read More I am extremely disappointed with my overall experience with Global Trans Van Lines, particularly with their customer service, accounting department, and the complete lack of communication and follow-through between the company and its customers. The most frustrating part of this experience has been trying to get answers regarding money that is owed to me. A check issued by Global Trans Van Lines was presented to my bank and did not clear on August 4, 2026, due to insufficient funds. This is an incredibly concerning situation, and what has been even more disappointing is the apparent lack of urgency or concern from the company regarding the matter. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue through emails and phone conversations. I was eventually advised that a money order had been sent to me, but when I requested a tracking number, I was told there was none. As of today, August 28, 2026, I still have not received the money order. I have had multiple conversations with different people at the company, yet no one seems to have a clear answer about where the payment is, when I will receive it, or what is actually being done to resolve the situation. I continue to be passed from one person or department to another without any meaningful resolution. The lack of communication, accountability, and concern shown by both customer service and accounting has been extremely frustrating. When a company issues a check that cannot be honored because of insufficient funds, the customer should not have to repeatedly chase the company down to get an explanation or receive the money that is owed. At this point, my experience has left me feeling that nobody at Global Trans Van Lines is taking responsibility for the situation, and nobody seems to care that this has caused me unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I sincerely hope the company takes this review seriously and evaluates how it handles customer communication, accounting issues, and outstanding payments. Customers deserve timely responses, accurate information, accountability, and—most importantly—confidence that the company will follow through on its financial obligations. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Global Trans Van Lines.

Read More I have used the best moving company ever! Helpful, strong and hard working. The guys did everything we asked quickly and efficiently and with good high spirits. We have used Global trans van lines two times now and we are very much satisfied. Both times we did long distance moves and both times they aced it! They were so sincere and caring that we did not need to worry at all about our things. The guys were excellent! I highly recommend them!

Read More Picking a moving company is super confusing and the prices were all over the place. At first, I picked another company that I thought was reputable. Move day came and guess what? No call!! They bailed on me! I was so worried and did not know what to do. Then I called Global trans van lines because my friend who was with me at that time strongly recommended their name. I called them and got their service in just 2 days! I did not believe they would have me so soon! On the move day, the crew was polite and uniformed and I was informed of every detail from start to finish. They smoothly packed and wrapped everything. Delivery was on time and without a single damage. Some things happen for a reason, I’m glad I ended up with these guys!

Read More After using Global trans van lines, I am a fan! Though they are not the cheapest, you must agree that you have to pay for the quality. That is why I hired them while relocating across the country. I was never willing to compromise with the quality and that is why I booked them for the move. Their moving crew knew what they were doing. They carefully wrapped and packed my belongings. After the move, I personally checked the inventory and was amazed to see everything in one piece and without any damage! In short, all I want to say is that this is the best company to hire.

They also provide you with a great deal. Generally I think all supervisor’s help their clients to move safely but I received some extra from the company foreman. They were perfect in every way. No damages, no stress and no extra fees! They are highly recommended!

After doing some research I chose Global trans van lines based on their reviews. I called them up and their sales rep gave me a good deal which was hard to turn down. Not only was the price tempting, but the way he assured me that my move will be smooth and easy! And he was right! It was a good decision. Moving was so easy! Not a single damage anywhere and it did not cost me much!

So professional! I never dealt with such a company who cares about everything. The guys nicely packed and loaded all my belongings, delivered on time and without any damages. They surpassed my expectations and were amazing. Not a single damage! I highly recommend them!

They were reasonably priced. All of my boxes that were packed were carefully loaded onto the truck and securely delivered everything back to me. All was well. The price, the men, the team and the company are just great! I strongly recommend them to all!
