Well trained personnel

They are well trained. You will not believe me until you see them work. They are so well trained and efficient for this kind of thing. They moved all my huge furniture like it was light and small. I loved seeing them work. It was also good that they were very cute lol. Anyways, the move went really well. They wrapped and packed all my things with effort and care. And they delivered all my items back to me without any damages. I have many mirrors and I was glad to see that none of them were broken. Great effort guys! I will hire Global trans van lines again!

They are the best

I called some companies but all demanded sky high rates which far exceeded our budget. We called Global trans van lines and told its representative all our needs. He assured us to solve our problem and provided a reasonable price. He sent a team to pack all my consignments and load them onto a truck on the moving day. They all were very professional and packed the items within two hours. I was very nervous regarding their commitment for timely delivery of my stuff. I was shocked to know that their team delivered the whole cargo on time as promised. It turns out that they kept every promise they made to me. They are worth hiring!

Professional and polite

I would like to take this opportunity to say BIG thanks to the team of Global trans van lines for a painless relocation experience. Your services from the first phone call to the last box taken off from your truck was the best! As I watched everything I own being placed on your truck, I was quite impressed as to the care the crew took to make sure nothing got damaged. They labeled each box and item and recorded it in an inventory list so nothing will get lost on route. I do have to say that the crew that loaded my shipment and unloaded, were very polite and professional. Well done guys!

DAMAGE FREE MOVE

They were just excellent and their customer service chap was a genius! We were surprised to see the goods arrive early and we were worried if the goods had any damage. To our surprise we had no damage and the company has taken up the task to reach early as they were trying to make us comfortable. At our new place they never sat empty for a minute; they placed all the furniture in order and made sure the house was all set. Thanks a million for your great work. Affordable moving company

When the guys came to pack, I realized my things were in good hands and would not get broken. They nicely packed and loaded everything. They delivered ahead of the promised window, but they called us to ask us if it was okay to come a day early. They are so polite! They seemed to learn quickly where we wanted things. They also gave us some expert advice on TVs and appliances that was definitely helpful. I highly recommend Global trans van lines because they gave me the best move ever.

No mistakes hiring them

Actually, we didn't make any mistakes this time. Global trans van lines is amazing! The crew worked really hard to get everything done in time and without any damages. They showed care and respect to all our belongings as if those belonged to them. They had sufficient blankets to protect our furniture, and I am very glad they returned it back to me the way it was. Their rate is totally another thing. They have the best rate, and they did not charge me for anything extra. I had a great move!

Worth it

They are worth it. I did not pay anything that they did not deserve. They deserve every penny. So much hard work! Carrying all those heavy furniture down the stairs and back up again was a challenge, but they were pros. They managed to do it so easily. They came up and down so many times and never did I see them take a break. Efficient, hardworking and very dedicated I must say. My move went extremely well. Not a single complaint. Global Trans Van Lines is the best!

Loved working with them

The guys from Global trans van lines were super-fast, super-efficient and super nice. I told them which items were fragile and they handled them with the utmost care. Not only that, but they took great care of my other things as well. They brought large and protective boxes so they could pack everything properly and safely. I could not find a single thing missing or damaged. They were too good! Also, the quote was perfect for me. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service.

Dishonesty/Fraud

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about the company’s apparent fraudulent payment practices. I initially spoke with Steve Miles and sent a check as a down payment for our move. A few days later, Mr. Miles told me that the bank had stopped payment on the check and asked me to send a replacement. Because I was concerned, I contacted my bank and learned that both checks had been cashed. I then contacted Gary in the Quality Assurance Department, whom I understood to be Mr. Miles’s supervisor. Gary stated that the company’s records showed the first check had been returned, which conflicted with both the bank’s records and the explanation I had received from Mr. Miles. I sent Gary a bank copy confirming that the first check had been cashed. I received no further response, and my money has not been returned. Given the conflicting explanations, duplicate payment, and lack of follow-up, I am concerned that the matter may involve improper payment handling or fraudulent activity by an individual in finance, Mr. Miles and Gary. I did not use this company, I moved with a better company.
