Lucky choice of ours

Wonderful service from Global trans van lines! I know that most moving companies will have at least 20% of unsatisfactory service, according to my wife, she did all the research before we jumped in with all our feet. This move was very stress free considering we were doing what we thought was a difficult move. We had many things and there were 2 drop offs. They hauled everything very nicely and with dedication. Everything was returned safely to us and without a single dent. Great job you guys!

They are the best

I called some companies but all demanded sky high rates which far exceeded our budget. We called Global trans van lines and told its representative all our needs. He assured us to solve our problem and provided a reasonable price. He sent a team to pack all my consignments and load them onto a truck on the moving day. They all were very professional and packed the items within two hours. I was very nervous regarding their commitment for timely delivery of my stuff. I was shocked to know that their team delivered the whole cargo on time as promised. It turns out that they kept every promise they made to me. They are worth hiring!

Kind, caring and helpful

The moving team from Global Trans Van Lines came to my house and packed all my stuff with great care. All the associates were professional but they managed the whole packing with a very professional touch. They drove off with my things and told me not to worry. It was unbelievable! They brought the whole consignment without even damaging a single piece in very limited time. They unpacked every item and helped me to settle down here in my new house. The staff were very generous and polite. I personally recommend trying them!

Best service and best crew

Just finished my move and let me say that their crew was efficient, kind, nice, and professional at their job. I would totally recommend this business to any of the people needing moving services for a long distance move. The guys came on time, were hard working, strong and courteous! I told their sales rep I would call them back again if I need to move in the future. I would definitely recommend Global trans van lines to everyone who needs to move soon. These guys know what they are doing!

Professional and polite

I would like to take this opportunity to say BIG thanks to the team of Global trans van lines for a painless relocation experience. Your services from the first phone call to the last box taken off from your truck was the best! As I watched everything I own being placed on your truck, I was quite impressed as to the care the crew took to make sure nothing got damaged. They labeled each box and item and recorded it in an inventory list so nothing will get lost on route. I do have to say that the crew that loaded my shipment and unloaded, were very polite and professional. Well done guys!

Dishonesty/Fraud

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about the company’s apparent fraudulent payment practices. I initially spoke with Steve Miles and sent a check as a down payment for our move. A few days later, Mr. Miles told me that the bank had stopped payment on the check and asked me to send a replacement. Because I was concerned, I contacted my bank and learned that both checks had been cashed. I then contacted Gary in the Quality Assurance Department, whom I understood to be Mr. Miles’s supervisor. Gary stated that the company’s records showed the first check had been returned, which conflicted with both the bank’s records and the explanation I had received from Mr. Miles. I sent Gary a bank copy confirming that the first check had been cashed. I received no further response, and my money has not been returned. Given the conflicting explanations, duplicate payment, and lack of follow-up, I am concerned that the matter may involve improper payment handling or fraudulent activity by an individual in finance, Mr. Miles and Gary. I did not use this company, I moved with a better company.

More than helpful

When the moving team from Global trans van lines arrived (I'll have to look up their names), they started immediately and had me move very quickly. I still haven't found anything damaged and they even helped me move a few larger pieces of furniture here and there. It was a very positive experience which left me floating. This might be my first 5-star review. I would like to also thank you and the boys who came by for all the effort and hard work they put in and made this move a very pleasant memory. God Bless you all and you must continue working in the same manner.

Got a great deal

I hired Global trans van lines for my move because I heard a lot about this company from my cousin. They have kept their words by completing the move within the given time and by keeping the moving cost within the estimated amount. After checking the inventory, it was clear that they were able to deliver all our stuff in great condition. We got a timely, stress free and smooth move within our tight budget. So, we have only good things to say about this moving company!

DAMAGE FREE MOVE

They were just excellent and their customer service chap was a genius! We were surprised to see the goods arrive early and we were worried if the goods had any damage. To our surprise we had no damage and the company has taken up the task to reach early as they were trying to make us comfortable. At our new place they never sat empty for a minute; they placed all the furniture in order and made sure the house was all set. Thanks a million for your great work. I am a fan of Global trans van lines!

Everything was intact!

I was always afraid that they might steal or break my valuables. But I was lucky enough to have the chance to work with Global trans van lines. The guys were right on time. I appreciate their friendly attitude. The guys packed all the items very sincerely. They took only four hours to finish loading. They handed over our items intact. Thanks for the trend you created which was unusual among moving companies. I will certainly be moving with this company in future.
