Not to worry at all

You will not have to worry if you hire Global trans van lines. They will take care of you like their own. I am a pregnant mother and my husband is out of the country. I needed to move and had a very tight budget. This company gave me a sweet deal and they could move me on the day I wanted. On the moving day, the team came and packed 4 hours straight. I was happy to see that they did not try to cut corners and waste their time. All I want to say is that they smoothly moved me without any problems!

Everything went as planned

Few days ago, I was looking to hire a cheap and reliable moving company because I was about to move. I did a search and got the list of moving companies. I called several of them randomly and decided to use Global trans van lines because their sales rep convinced me to use them and their reviews spoke very well for them. I found this company to have more than 90% of their reviews in their favor and most customers were extremely impressed with their good work and service. In the end, it was all perfect! Seriously not a single complaint! I was set!

Lovely service

My husband was not in the country and I wanted to live near my parents, so I decided to go back home. It was tough to hire a moving company because there are so many out there. After doing some research I chose Global trans van lines based on their reviews. I called them up and their sales rep gave me a good deal which was hard to turn down. Not only was the price tempting, but the way he assured me that my move will be smooth and easy! And he was right! It was a good decision. Moving was so easy! Not a single damage anywhere and it did not cost me much!

They are the best

I called some companies but all demanded sky high rates which far exceeded our budget. We called Global trans van lines and told its representative all our needs. He assured us to solve our problem and provided a reasonable price. He sent a team to pack all my consignments and load them onto a truck on the moving day. They all were very professional and packed the items within two hours. I was very nervous regarding their commitment for timely delivery of my stuff. I was shocked to know that their team delivered the whole cargo on time as promised. It turns out that they kept every promise they made to me. They are worth hiring!

They were very careful with my belongings

My daughter and I needed to do a long distance move and wanted to do it as fast as we could. My wife passed away a few months ago and we desperately wanted to leave this state. On the move day, the foreman and his team were smart, efficient and caring. They moved us very quickly yet carefully and we were happy to see that none of our things were damaged. They made it look so easy

I never am the kind of person who writes reviews, but in this case, I wanted to. I hired Global trans van lines recently to help me with my long distance move. They were great! So professional! Dishonesty/Fraud

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about the company’s apparent fraudulent payment practices. I initially spoke with Steve Miles and sent a check as a down payment for our move. A few days later, Mr. Miles told me that the bank had stopped payment on the check and asked me to send a replacement. Because I was concerned, I contacted my bank and learned that both checks had been cashed. I then contacted Gary in the Quality Assurance Department, whom I understood to be Mr. Miles’s supervisor. Gary stated that the company’s records showed the first check had been returned, which conflicted with both the bank’s records and the explanation I had received from Mr. Miles. I sent Gary a bank copy confirming that the first check had been cashed. I received no further response, and my money has not been returned. Given the conflicting explanations, duplicate payment, and lack of follow-up, I am concerned that the matter may involve improper payment handling or fraudulent activity by an individual in finance, Mr. Miles and Gary. I did not use this company, I moved with a better company.

No issues

I don’t have any issue to stand against this moving company. There was no fracture, no missing and no hassle of moving. They ensured every moving related step and they protected our furniture by packing and putting it into proper boxes. As a result, it was a top notch moving experience for me. They worked nonstop until the last box was loaded and placed onto the truck. The skilled crews took down my heavy furniture easily from the fourth floor to the ground. Whenever I was anxious about any issue, the foreman helped me to get rid of that puzzle. I am happy with the work of Global trans van lines!

It was an excellent move

Best experience ever with Global Trans Van Lines! All 3 guys on the crew were educated, clean and professional looking, and were much focused. Their sales rep gave me a quote and it was a little higher than some of the other quotes I had received. Because I felt more comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge that came from their sales rep, I felt more at ease with this company. When the crew came out to my house, they all greeted me like an old friend and immediately gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and were nice chaps. Not only did they literally run throughout the day, but they also wrapped everything, stacked it carefully, and planned out how they were going to fill the truck to prevent damage during the transit. The goods we received were without any damage and the quality of the move was excellent.

Very fast move

I asked everyone I knew about a good moving company and many of them spoke of Global trans van lines. Finally, I hired them because they had good reviews. The guys came right on time and did not waste any time. All of my things were packed quickly and carefully. They were very friendly and got everything done very fast! Nothing got broken or damaged. There were no scratches or dents. I had some books that I wanted to be taken care of and I can tell you that they did it! They took the best care possible!
