You will not find a better moving company!

I know that you will not find a better moving company. I have used many moving companies and I always think that I haven’t found the perfect one yet. But after using Global trans van lines, I know for a fact that they are the best. Their team is very friendly, efficient and caring. They moved me out of my place very quickly and professionally. Nothing was damaged and nothing was lost. They came on time everywhere too! This moving experience was perfect. I found the right moving company! I will always use them and I shall recommend them!

I will always be grateful

I hired Global trans van lines and I was highly pleased with their service. They are the company which can provide you service along with 100% customer satisfaction. Our move went well with them. When the fellows came to my home for packing and loading, they came prepared and started to work. They did their job and it was done systematically. All my items were finely positioned. Their responsibility enhanced the level of my trust and satisfaction to a great extent. I am grateful to them. Superb job!

Dishonesty/Fraud

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about the company’s apparent fraudulent payment practices. I initially spoke with Steve Miles and sent a check as a down payment for our move. A few days later, Mr. Miles told me that the bank had stopped payment on the check and asked me to send a replacement. Because I was concerned, I contacted my bank and learned that both checks had been cashed. I then contacted Gary in the Quality Assurance Department, whom I understood to be Mr. Miles’s supervisor. Gary stated that the company’s records showed the first check had been returned, which conflicted with both the bank’s records and the explanation I had received from Mr. Miles. I sent Gary a bank copy confirming that the first check had been cashed. I received no further response, and my money has not been returned. Given the conflicting explanations, duplicate payment, and lack of follow-up, I am concerned that the matter may involve improper payment handling or fraudulent activity by an individual in finance, Mr. Miles and Gary. I did not use this company, I moved with a better company.

Fabulous rates!

Global Trans Van Lines has the best rates in town. They are very reasonable and they give you a hell of a service! I absolutely loved them! The kitchenware, glassware and fragile items were super well packed. Not a single thing was damaged and not a single thing had any cracks! I loved that they did not leave until everything was done and they were not impatient at all! They are very professional and understanding! I got a damage free move and I thank you so much for that!

Professional and polite

I would like to take this opportunity to say BIG thanks to the team of Global trans van lines for a painless relocation experience. Your services from the first phone call to the last box taken off from your truck was the best! As I watched everything I own being placed on your truck, I was quite impressed as to the care the crew took to make sure nothing got damaged. They labeled each box and item and recorded it in an inventory list so nothing will get lost on route. I do have to say that the crew that loaded my shipment and unloaded, were very polite and professional. Well done guys!

Hire for out of State Move - MN to NJ

I initially paid the required deposit of $1670. On the day they were supposed to pick up my stuff for transport, 3 guys in a U-HAUL truck arrived I suspect as authorized by Global TRANS VL. The price was INFLATED BY $1700. I complained about this to GTVL . They forced me to electronically sign/approve the inflated cost before any moving/packing/loading took place. Someone whom I complained to at GLOBAL TVL said that they would look into this and circle back. Although they loaded my items on the U-HAUL truck, I have no idea where they took my stuff. I have NOT received my stuff...NOR have I heard back from anybody at GLOBAL TRANS VAN LINES... IT'S been 4 days--- I have not hear ANYTHING from them nor do I know where my stuff is.....NOTHING????

Skilled and reliable!

I think I would hardly get any other professional, skilled and reliable like Global trans van lines. I am happy to work with them. These guys are skilled and professional! Dealing with them created a nice environment. There was something to learn from them, like how employees could be devoted, skilled and time conscious at the same time. I couldn't claim them for any fault. These all-positive attitudes of their crews made me determined to hire them again for my future moves.

They are like family now!

I moved with Global trans van lines for the fourth time now and they are like family now! They always give me good rates because I have been using them a lot and they send the best crew they have. They are efficient, caring, skilled and very hardworking. They move me like their own and they make sure nothing gets damaged or scratched. They do help as much as they can. For instance, they help to unpack and do not leave until everything is the way I want. They help to set up the beds, the television, the washing machine and other small things. They are very friendly and helpful. I will always use them! Keep up the good work!

They are the best

I called some companies but all demanded sky high rates which far exceeded our budget. We called Global trans van lines and told its representative all our needs. He assured us to solve our problem and provided a reasonable price. He sent a team to pack all my consignments and load them onto a truck on the moving day. They all were very professional and packed the items within two hours. I was very nervous regarding their commitment for timely delivery of my stuff. I was shocked to know that their team delivered the whole cargo on time as promised. It turns out that they kept every promise they made to me. They are worth hiring!
