Everything went as planned

Few days ago, I was looking to hire a cheap and reliable moving company because I was about to move. I did a search and got the list of moving companies. I called several of them randomly and decided to use Global trans van lines because their sales rep convinced me to use them and their reviews spoke very well for them. I found this company to have more than 90% of their reviews in their favor and most customers were extremely impressed with their good work and service. In the end, it was all perfect! Seriously not a single complaint! I was set!

It was an excellent move

Best experience ever with Global Trans Van Lines! All 3 guys on the crew were educated, clean and professional looking, and were much focused. Their sales rep gave me a quote and it was a little higher than some of the other quotes I had received. Because I felt more comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge that came from their sales rep, I felt more at ease with this company. When the crew came out to my house, they all greeted me like an old friend and immediately gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and were nice chaps. Not only did they literally run throughout the day, but they also wrapped everything, stacked it carefully, and planned out how they were going to fill the truck to prevent damage during the transit. The goods we received were without any damage and the quality of the move was excellent.

Moving made easier

Global trans van lines made moving so easier. They know exactly what to do! They came on time and quickly wrapped up our 2 bedroom apartment. The guys who came to help were very friendly, efficient and hardworking. It did not feel like they were having any trouble. They smoothly completed their tasks and had me moved in just 5 days. I would like to thank them for all their help. I highly recommend them to all.

Professional and polite

I would like to take this opportunity to say BIG thanks to the team of Global trans van lines for a painless relocation experience. Your services from the first phone call to the last box taken off from your truck was the best! As I watched everything I own being placed on your truck, I was quite impressed as to the care the crew took to make sure nothing got damaged. They labeled each box and item and recorded it in an inventory list so nothing will get lost on route. I do have to say that the crew that loaded my shipment and unloaded, were very polite and professional. Well done guys!

Fantastic moving experience

2I had a fantastic moving experience with Global trans van lines. They were excellent from the very beginning. Nothing was a challenge for them. They smoothly handled every situation and moved me in a very short period of time. They were kind enough to help me set up the beds back again and they did not charge me for that. I will hire them again and I shall recommend them to all. They are the best choice for moving!

Dishonesty/Fraud

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about the company’s apparent fraudulent payment practices. I initially spoke with Steve Miles and sent a check as a down payment for our move. A few days later, Mr. Miles told me that the bank had stopped payment on the check and asked me to send a replacement. Because I was concerned, I contacted my bank and learned that both checks had been cashed. I then contacted Gary in the Quality Assurance Department, whom I understood to be Mr. Miles’s supervisor. Gary stated that the company’s records showed the first check had been returned, which conflicted with both the bank’s records and the explanation I had received from Mr. Miles. I sent Gary a bank copy confirming that the first check had been cashed. I received no further response, and my money has not been returned. Given the conflicting explanations, duplicate payment, and lack of follow-up, I am concerned that the matter may involve improper payment handling or fraudulent activity by an individual in finance, Mr. Miles and Gary. I did not use this company, I moved with a better company.

Very professional

They are very professional. I have worked with many moving companies, but Global trans van lines is simply something else. They will take care of you like no other! You will not need to work at all! They will do the packing, loading, unloading and everything else. And in addition, you will not find any damages at all. They are certainly the right way to go. I chose this moving company in a heartbeat!

Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Global trans van lines. I do not think any other moving company can come close to their service. I was moved without any problems! They took care of everything! I did not need to work; I did not need to worry and I did not need to stress at all! They smoothly moved me and they did not damage a thing! Their pricing is also fair and precise. They did not try to feed me false things and try to increase the price. They are very professional and kind!

Worth it to hire again!

We relocate often, every few years. We had a poor experience in our last move because of the unprofessionalism and the moving company. Our stuff was lost, damaged and broken during the move. We did not want to move again because of the poor experience we had but we had to. We ended up choosing Global trans van lines and they made us forget our past experience. Their professionalism, courtesy, disposition, speed and skills were worthy of note. Everything was packed, unpacked and moved professionally.

I will use them again

I recently hired Global trans van lines for my long distance move. I am telling you this, I will hire them again! I have used many moving companies before, but never have I been moved like this. They did not let me do a single thing. I have a back injury and they did not let me move! They did everything! They even kept on asking if there was anything else they could do! They are super helpful and they do care a lot. And also, no damages! I love them!
