Everything went as planned

Few days ago, I was looking to hire a cheap and reliable moving company because I was about to move. I did a search and got the list of moving companies. I called several of them randomly and decided to use Global trans van lines because their sales rep convinced me to use them and their reviews spoke very well for them. I found this company to have more than 90% of their reviews in their favor and most customers were extremely impressed with their good work and service. In the end, it was all perfect! Seriously not a single complaint! I was set!

They were great!

Everything from the packing, dismantling, and loading, transportation and resetting the house has been perfect. On seeing the goods arrive so neatly and damage free my wife was so happy and impressed with my choice. They delivered our belongings to us within the allotted time and to our surprise, not a single thing was missing, dented or broken! Boy, were we happy with the outcome! And we did not pay much! I recommend Global trans van lines for their great work ethics.

Lucky choice of ours

Wonderful service from Global trans van lines! I know that most moving companies will have at least 20% of unsatisfactory service, according to my wife, she did all the research before we jumped in with all our feet. This move was very stress free considering we were doing what we thought was a difficult move. We had many things and there were 2 drop offs. They hauled everything very nicely and with dedication. Everything was returned safely to us and without a single dent. Great job you guys!

Absolutely great!

I liked the service I got! I had a problem not knowing which company to choose, but then my sister recommended these guys and I am more than happy. Their team came on time to my place and wrapped everything nicely and carefully. I saw how professional they were. I was glad I hired them. These guys were super nice, friendly and courteous. I even packed some of my plates in the box but in a very loose way, so these guys fixed it and they did not let anything get damaged or broken. I really appreciated that. The quote was excellent, very reasonable in comparison to other companies. I would highly recommend Global trans van lines to everyone!

Great moving company

My husband and I have used Global trans van lines for moving services and during the move, were very impressed with the way of service. They were excellent with customer service and checking up with us throughout the move. The foreman and his team were so careful with our valuable things. The pricing was good and very reasonable for the service that was provided. We can't say enough great things about this company, and will definitely use them for our major moving in the future. It was an excellent move

Best experience ever with Global Trans Van Lines! All 3 guys on the crew were educated, clean and professional looking, and were much focused. Their sales rep gave me a quote and it was a little higher than some of the other quotes I had received. Because I felt more comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge that came from their sales rep, I felt more at ease with this company. When the crew came out to my house, they all greeted me like an old friend and immediately gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and were nice chaps. Not only did they literally run throughout the day, but they also wrapped everything, stacked it carefully, and planned out how they were going to fill the truck to prevent damage during the transit. The goods we received were without any damage and the quality of the move was excellent.

They got my recommendation

I did not have to pay extra for anything! My friend recommended Global trans van lines to me saying that they were one of the best in the region. I think that they are the best, not one of the best! They showed up on time, worked with almost no break and had no complaints. They are nice and helpful guys! I think that the quote was also very good. All in all, I was impressed by how they did their job! They satisfied all my expectations. I would recommend this company and use them again with no hesitation.

Professional and polite

I would like to take this opportunity to say BIG thanks to the team of Global trans van lines for a painless relocation experience. Your services from the first phone call to the last box taken off from your truck was the best! As I watched everything I own being placed on your truck, I was quite impressed as to the care the crew took to make sure nothing got damaged. They labeled each box and item and recorded it in an inventory list so nothing will get lost on route. I do have to say that the crew that loaded my shipment and unloaded, were very polite and professional. Well done guys!

Dishonesty/Fraud

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about the company’s apparent fraudulent payment practices. I initially spoke with Steve Miles and sent a check as a down payment for our move. A few days later, Mr. Miles told me that the bank had stopped payment on the check and asked me to send a replacement. Because I was concerned, I contacted my bank and learned that both checks had been cashed. I then contacted Gary in the Quality Assurance Department, whom I understood to be Mr. Miles’s supervisor. Gary stated that the company’s records showed the first check had been returned, which conflicted with both the bank’s records and the explanation I had received from Mr. Miles. I sent Gary a bank copy confirming that the first check had been cashed. I received no further response, and my money has not been returned. Given the conflicting explanations, duplicate payment, and lack of follow-up, I am concerned that the matter may involve improper payment handling or fraudulent activity by an individual in finance, Mr. Miles and Gary. I did not use this company, I moved with a better company.

I am highly impressed

Global trans van lines did a great job! The move was so smooth! They put all our things in the boxes, loaded them in their truck and took great care of them. Nothing got broken or damaged. We have a collection of antiquities, very valuable to us! We were afraid that some of the pieces might get lost, but everything was fine. On the moving day, the guys arrived early in the morning. They were young, friendly and energetic. While working, they only had two breaks of five minutes. They were hard working! The price was low, there were no extra charges and the service was great. Thanks for treating us so nicely! If I need to move to a different place, I will definitely ask for your amazing service again!
