I was not disappointed!

I hate moving to another state where distance from point A to B matters a lot. I don’t like the pressure and it’s a big pain. But I had to, so I hired Global trans van lines based on good reviews. And guess what, I was not disappointed! The guys came and packed my entire home very easily and swiftly. They did not mind my million questions and they always cared for my belongings. In just a few weeks my belongings were delivered to me in one piece. They took all the stress out.

This is a great company

Working with Global trans van lines was the best experience ever! They have such a nice environment! Everyone I dealt with was polite and humble. Even the crew who came to help me talked to me in a very polite way. They smoothly moved me from point A to B and they even helped me at my new place. Their damage free move really impressed me! Dishonesty/Fraud

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about the company’s apparent fraudulent payment practices. I initially spoke with Steve Miles and sent a check as a down payment for our move. A few days later, Mr. Miles told me that the bank had stopped payment on the check and asked me to send a replacement. Because I was concerned, I contacted my bank and learned that both checks had been cashed. I then contacted Gary in the Quality Assurance Department, whom I understood to be Mr. Miles’s supervisor. Gary stated that the company’s records showed the first check had been returned, which conflicted with both the bank’s records and the explanation I had received from Mr. Miles. I sent Gary a bank copy confirming that the first check had been cashed. I received no further response, and my money has not been returned. Given the conflicting explanations, duplicate payment, and lack of follow-up, I am concerned that the matter may involve improper payment handling or fraudulent activity by an individual in finance, Mr. Miles and Gary. I did not use this company, I moved with a better company.

Professional and polite

I would like to take this opportunity to say BIG thanks to the team of Global trans van lines for a painless relocation experience. Your services from the first phone call to the last box taken off from your truck was the best! As I watched everything I own being placed on your truck, I was quite impressed as to the care the crew took to make sure nothing got damaged. They labeled each box and item and recorded it in an inventory list so nothing will get lost on route. I do have to say that the crew that loaded my shipment and unloaded, were very polite and professional. Well done guys!

DAMAGE FREE MOVE

They were just excellent and their customer service chap was a genius! We were surprised to see the goods arrive early and we were worried if the goods had any damage. To our surprise we had no damage and the company has taken up the task to reach early as they were trying to make us comfortable. At our new place they never sat empty for a minute; they placed all the furniture in order and made sure the house was all set. Thanks a million for your great work. I am a fan of Global trans van lines!

They keep their word

They told me that I will get a damage free move and a stress free move, and they kept their word! Seriously I am telling you, I did not have to do a thing. They came in, packed like machines and drove off in 4 hours. After two weeks, they delivered all my things without any damages and they stayed until everything was placed in the rooms I wanted. They also helped me in the basement fixing some stuff. They are very helpful and that is why I highly recommend Global trans van lines!

I love you all! Everyone at Global trans van lines is just mind blowing. They helped me in such a great way! I was worried that the moving company I will hire will break my expensive mirrors and art. Great move with these guys

I had a good move with Global trans van lines. It was quick and it was easy. Hiring them and getting a price was so easy compared to others. They knew what they were doing from the beginning. The way they packed my things showed that they are professionals! They delivered everything back to me all in time and all in one piece. Worth it to hire again!

We relocate often, every few years. We had a poor experience in our last move because of the unprofessionalism and the moving company. Our stuff was lost, damaged and broken during the move. We did not want to move again because of the poor experience we had but we had to. We ended up choosing Global trans van lines and they made us forget our past experience. Their professionalism, courtesy, disposition, speed and skills were worthy of note. Everything was packed, unpacked and moved professionally.
