I did not have to pay extra for anything! My friend recommended Global trans van lines to me saying that they were one of the best in the region. I think that they are the best, not one of the best! They showed up on time, worked with almost no break and had no complaints. They are nice and helpful guys! I think that the quote was also very good. All in all, I was impressed by how they did their job! They satisfied all my expectations. I would recommend this company and use them again with no hesitation.

Great moving company

I used Global trans van lines for my most recent long distance move. The team arrived on time; they were friendly and careful with my things. The price they quoted was the best ever anyone could expect for a move involving so much. I had a lot of stuff. All of my furniture was wrapped carefully and the other things were carefully separated and placed in some excellent quality boxes and nothing was broken or missing. Once again, I would like to say at this price and quality the services just speak for them. I am so impressed with this company and I give you my word that if I ever have to move in the future, I would only be choosing this moving company!

Dishonesty/Fraud

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about the company’s apparent fraudulent payment practices. I initially spoke with Steve Miles and sent a check as a down payment for our move. A few days later, Mr. Miles told me that the bank had stopped payment on the check and asked me to send a replacement. Because I was concerned, I contacted my bank and learned that both checks had been cashed. I then contacted Gary in the Quality Assurance Department, whom I understood to be Mr. Miles’s supervisor. Gary stated that the company’s records showed the first check had been returned, which conflicted with both the bank’s records and the explanation I had received from Mr. Miles. I sent Gary a bank copy confirming that the first check had been cashed. I received no further response, and my money has not been returned. Given the conflicting explanations, duplicate payment, and lack of follow-up, I am concerned that the matter may involve improper payment handling or fraudulent activity by an individual in finance, Mr. Miles and Gary. I did not use this company, I moved with a better company.

They helped me

I hired Global trans van lines to help me do a long distance move. When I googled to find a good moving company, I saw many moving companies. But I chose them because they have some great and very recent reviews. So, I was willing to pay them and hoped to get a very good service in return. Good news is they did not let me down. Actually, they did more than what I was expecting from them. I do thank their sales rep and the entire moving team for a very smooth, stress free, quick and affordable move. They were pleasant to work with. I will surely consider them for my next move.

Worth it to hire again!

We relocate often, every few years. We had a poor experience in our last move because of the unprofessionalism and the moving company. Our stuff was lost, damaged and broken during the move. We did not want to move again because of the poor experience we had but we had to. We ended up choosing Global trans van lines and they made us forget our past experience. Their professionalism, courtesy, disposition, speed and skills were worthy of note. Everything was packed, unpacked and moved professionally.

Reliable moving company

This is a company who you can trust. The cost may not be cheap, but the service was great. I spent a week scouring the web reading reviews and doing my research to ensure I made the right choice for my move. I was so nervous because you hear and read so many horror stories of items lost or damaged but I am so grateful that I decided to go with them. They were courteous, efficient, polite and extremely considerate of our belongings. I was extremely surprised and extremely happy. From start to finish the entire team of Global trans van lines was AMAZING.

Everything went as planned

Few days ago, I was looking to hire a cheap and reliable moving company because I was about to move. I did a search and got the list of moving companies. I called several of them randomly and decided to use Global trans van lines because their sales rep convinced me to use them and their reviews spoke very well for them. I found this company to have more than 90% of their reviews in their favor and most customers were extremely impressed with their good work and service. In the end, it was all perfect! Seriously not a single complaint! I was set!

Lucky choice of ours

Wonderful service from Global trans van lines! I know that most moving companies will have at least 20% of unsatisfactory service, according to my wife, she did all the research before we jumped in with all our feet. This move was very stress free considering we were doing what we thought was a difficult move. We had many things and there were 2 drop offs. They hauled everything very nicely and with dedication. Everything was returned safely to us and without a single dent. Great job you guys!

Absolutely great!

I liked the service I got! I had a problem not knowing which company to choose, but then my sister recommended these guys and I am more than happy. Their team came on time to my place and wrapped everything nicely and carefully. I saw how professional they were. I was glad I hired them. These guys were super nice, friendly and courteous. I even packed some of my plates in the box but in a very loose way, so these guys fixed it and they did not let anything get damaged or broken. I really appreciated that. The quote was excellent, very reasonable in comparison to other companies. I would highly recommend Global trans van lines to everyone!
