I am very happy

We were more than happy to find Global trans van lines. This moving firm came highly recommended by friends. They arrived slightly earlier than estimated time of arrival and started packing immediately. As soon as the packing of the goods was over, the move started and before we realized, the job was done so professionally! They were very efficient and professional packers. It was an excellent move

Best experience ever with Global Trans Van Lines! All 3 guys on the crew were educated, clean and professional looking, and were much focused. Their sales rep gave me a quote and it was a little higher than some of the other quotes I had received. Because I felt more comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge that came from their sales rep, I felt more at ease with this company. When the crew came out to my house, they all greeted me like an old friend and immediately gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and were nice chaps. Not only did they literally run throughout the day, but they also wrapped everything, stacked it carefully, and planned out how they were going to fill the truck to prevent damage during the transit. The goods we received were without any damage and the quality of the move was excellent.

All phases of the move were good!

I was pretty impressed. The guys were efficient, professional and all-around good guys. I found them to be efficient, cost effective, friendly, helpful and professional. The pricing specialist who spoke to me about the move followed up on the day of the move and the company itself called me to ask me how my move was going. Global trans van lines were the most pleasant part of my moving experience and I am sure that I will use them again in the future.

Everything went as planned

Few days ago, I was looking to hire a cheap and reliable moving company because I was about to move. I did a search and got the list of moving companies. I called several of them randomly and decided to use Global trans van lines because their sales rep convinced me to use them and their reviews spoke very well for them. I found this company to have more than 90% of their reviews in their favor and most customers were extremely impressed with their good work and service. In the end, it was all perfect! Seriously not a single complaint! I was set!

Way better than I was expecting

I would definitely use their services again. These people did a decent job! I already used them once and I am more than satisfied with their treatment towards the customer. Global trans van lines was super-fast when talking about packing. I packed only some stuff but it was not good enough so they fixed it very quickly. They wrapped everything! They made sure that everything was securely wrapped and protected. When I talked to the salesman at the company, I found out about all the necessary details I needed to know. It was a flawless move! I can’t thank you enough!

Lucky choice of ours

Wonderful service from Global trans van lines! I know that most moving companies will have at least 20% of unsatisfactory service, according to my wife, she did all the research before we jumped in with all our feet. This move was very stress free considering we were doing what we thought was a difficult move. We had many things and there were 2 drop offs. They hauled everything very nicely and with dedication. Everything was returned safely to us and without a single dent. Great job you guys!

Glad I hired them

I was in a pickle and urgently had to move. I heard about Global trans van lines from my brother and immediately called them. Their sales rep gave me a quote and arranged the move for me. On the moving day, a foreman and his 3 helpers arrived first thing in the morning and started packing. After 4 hours of hard work, they were ready to go. On arrival, I got to see that none of my belongings were damaged and they did not charge me for the extra stuff I made them do. I’m glad I chose this efficient moving company!

They do the job quickly

We used Global trans van lines when we changed the state. My wife and I had a plan to ask my relatives who lived next door to help us move. However, eventually it seemed to be too complicated and my wife strongly suggested hiring professional help so we found this company by going through other peoples` experiences and opinions on the net. My wife booked the time frame with their sales rep and the guys who moved us were friendly, nice and efficient. I can say that neither my wife nor me had any complaints regarding these people, their service and their work. They did the job quickly and efficiently for a great price. If you need to move, this is the best company to help you!

Dishonesty/Fraud

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about the company’s apparent fraudulent payment practices. I initially spoke with Steve Miles and sent a check as a down payment for our move. A few days later, Mr. Miles told me that the bank had stopped payment on the check and asked me to send a replacement. Because I was concerned, I contacted my bank and learned that both checks had been cashed. I then contacted Gary in the Quality Assurance Department, whom I understood to be Mr. Miles’s supervisor. Gary stated that the company’s records showed the first check had been returned, which conflicted with both the bank’s records and the explanation I had received from Mr. Miles. I sent Gary a bank copy confirming that the first check had been cashed. I received no further response, and my money has not been returned. Given the conflicting explanations, duplicate payment, and lack of follow-up, I am concerned that the matter may involve improper payment handling or fraudulent activity by an individual in finance, Mr. Miles and Gary. I did not use this company, I moved with a better company.
