Call them if you need to move!

My girlfriend and I needed to travel a long distance because she got a job there and I was also happy to go and live somewhere else. The foreman and his team came to our place on time and packed the things quickly. They wrapped them so well that nothing got damaged nor broken. Both of us were very satisfied with Global trans van lines! They even arranged the furniture at our new place and did not charge us extra for that. They saved us so much time and money.

It was an excellent move

Best experience ever with Global Trans Van Lines! All 3 guys on the crew were educated, clean and professional looking, and were much focused. Their sales rep gave me a quote and it was a little higher than some of the other quotes I had received. Because I felt more comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge that came from their sales rep, I felt more at ease with this company. When the crew came out to my house, they all greeted me like an old friend and immediately gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and were nice chaps. Not only did they literally run throughout the day, but they also wrapped everything, stacked it carefully, and planned out how they were going to fill the truck to prevent damage during the transit. The goods we received were without any damage and the quality of the move was excellent.

10 on 10!

Superb moving experience with Global trans van lines. I loved their services. They were very accommodating to my every need. I'm glad that I chose a company like this that I could rely on. They were reasonably priced. All of my boxes that were packed were carefully loaded onto the truck and securely delivered everything back to me. All was well. The price, the men, the team and the company are just great! I strongly recommend them to all!

They were very careful with my belongings

My daughter and I needed to do a long distance move and wanted to do it as fast as we could. My wife passed away a few months ago and we desperately wanted to leave this state. After doing some research, we liked Global trans van lines because they had good reviews and their sales rep was very kind to us. On the move day, the foreman and his team were smart, efficient and caring. They moved us very quickly yet carefully and we were happy to see that none of our things were damaged. I just want to say that- THANK YOU.

I never had to worry!

I never had to worry about my stuff! Each and every one of them were packed very carefully and in a few hours, everything was ready for the move and I did not have to worry about finishing in time anymore! With their help the move was possible very quickly and without any damages. I loved the deal they gave me and also liked the fact that they took a bit more care for my wife’s glassware items. She is happy, and so am I. Well done Global trans van lines!

DAMAGE FREE MOVE

They were just excellent and their customer service chap was a genius! We were surprised to see the goods arrive early and we were worried if the goods had any damage. To our surprise we had no damage and the company has taken up the task to reach early as they were trying to make us comfortable. At our new place they never sat empty for a minute; they placed all the furniture in order and made sure the house was all set. Thanks a million for your great work. I am a fan of Global trans van lines!

Everything went as planned

Few days ago, I was looking to hire a cheap and reliable moving company because I was about to move. I did a search and got the list of moving companies. I called several of them randomly and decided to use Global trans van lines because their sales rep convinced me to use them and their reviews spoke very well for them. I found this company to have more than 90% of their reviews in their favor and most customers were extremely impressed with their good work and service. In the end, it was all perfect! Seriously not a single complaint! I was set!

Very hardworking

A few weeks ago, I got transferred and because of that I had to hire professionals to assist me with my move. I moved my whole huge house to my new location. I chose global trans van lines because they had outstanding reputations. I knew that they would meet my needs. They were efficient, caring and very hardworking. They did not let me lift a single thing. Everything was safely delivered and without any damages. I thank them for being so serious and attentive. I shall definitely hire them again.

No issues

I don’t have any issue to stand against this moving company. There was no fracture, no missing and no hassle of moving. They ensured every moving related step and they protected our furniture by packing and putting it into proper boxes. As a result, it was a top notch moving experience for me. They worked nonstop until the last box was loaded and placed onto the truck. The skilled crews took down my heavy furniture easily from the fourth floor to the ground. Whenever I was anxious about any issue, the foreman helped me to get rid of that puzzle. I am happy with the work of Global trans van lines!

Dishonesty/Fraud

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about the company’s apparent fraudulent payment practices. I initially spoke with Steve Miles and sent a check as a down payment for our move. A few days later, Mr. Miles told me that the bank had stopped payment on the check and asked me to send a replacement. Because I was concerned, I contacted my bank and learned that both checks had been cashed. I then contacted Gary in the Quality Assurance Department, whom I understood to be Mr. Miles’s supervisor. Gary stated that the company’s records showed the first check had been returned, which conflicted with both the bank’s records and the explanation I had received from Mr. Miles. I sent Gary a bank copy confirming that the first check had been cashed. I received no further response, and my money has not been returned. Given the conflicting explanations, duplicate payment, and lack of follow-up, I am concerned that the matter may involve improper payment handling or fraudulent activity by an individual in finance, Mr. Miles and Gary. I did not use this company, I moved with a better company.
