More than helpful

When the moving team from Global trans van lines arrived (I'll have to look up their names), they started immediately and had me move very quickly. I still haven't found anything damaged and they even helped me move a few larger pieces of furniture here and there. It was a very positive experience which left me floating. This might be my first 5-star review. I would like to also thank you and the boys who came by for all the effort and hard work they put in and made this move a very pleasant memory. God Bless you all and you must continue working in the same manner.

Horrible and fraudulent

They have had our things for 19 business days plus the weekends. Paid 2455.00 so far and no delivery and no communication. Trust that all the reviews that are 4 and 5 stars are bogus. Go to FB and see the page of Global Trans Van Lines victims Don’t trust them for one minute

Everything was intact!

I was always afraid that they might steal or break my valuables. But I was lucky enough to have the chance to work with Global trans van lines. The guys were right on time. I appreciate their friendly attitude. The guys packed all the items very sincerely. They took only four hours to finish loading. They handed over our items intact. Thanks for the trend you created which was unusual among moving companies. I will certainly be moving with this company in future.

Very easy working with them

Global trans van lines was very thorough and friendly about our move and all of our needs. They moved our small non-profit organization from one office to another (long distance) and were very helpful in setup, preparation, and moving. They arrived on time, were very efficient and friendly, and made everything very easy and stress-free! They did not lose any paperwork, damage any machinery and get the job done perfectly. No issues

I don’t have any issue to stand against this moving company. There was no fracture, no missing and no hassle of moving. They ensured every moving related step and they protected our furniture by packing and putting it into proper boxes. As a result, it was a top notch moving experience for me. They worked nonstop until the last box was loaded and placed onto the truck. The skilled crews took down my heavy furniture easily from the fourth floor to the ground. Whenever I was anxious about any issue, the foreman helped me to get rid of that puzzle. I am happy with the work of Global trans van lines!

Scammers

My family and I were going to use them but decided against it after the price kept changing. We cancelled within the allotted timeframe to get our refund back. That was July 7 they said it was be 14 days to get the refund. They sent a check with insufficient funds and could not be cashed. We are still waiting on the 3500 deposit refund with lies, no return phone calls, unanswered emails. They are holding our deposit hostage. Be aware of this company. Run don't walk away from this unethical company.

I hired Global trans van lines and I was highly pleased with their service. They are the company which can provide you service along with 100% customer satisfaction. Our move went well with them. When the fellows came to my home for packing and loading, they came prepared and started to work. They did their job and it was done systematically. All my items were finely positioned. They are the best

I called some companies but all demanded sky high rates which far exceeded our budget. We called Global trans van lines and told its representative all our needs. He assured us to solve our problem and provided a reasonable price. He sent a team to pack all my consignments and load them onto a truck on the moving day. They all were very professional and packed the items within two hours. I was very nervous regarding their commitment for timely delivery of my stuff. I was shocked to know that their team delivered the whole cargo on time as promised. It turns out that they kept every promise they made to me. They are worth hiring!

DAMAGE FREE MOVE

They were just excellent and their customer service chap was a genius! We were surprised to see the goods arrive early and we were worried if the goods had any damage. To our surprise we had no damage and the company has taken up the task to reach early as they were trying to make us comfortable. At our new place they never sat empty for a minute; they placed all the furniture in order and made sure the house was all set. Thanks a million for your great work. I am a fan of Global trans van lines!

It was an excellent move

Best experience ever with Global Trans Van Lines! All 3 guys on the crew were educated, clean and professional looking, and were much focused. Their sales rep gave me a quote and it was a little higher than some of the other quotes I had received. Because I felt more comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge that came from their sales rep, I felt more at ease with this company. When the crew came out to my house, they all greeted me like an old friend and immediately gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and were nice chaps. Not only did they literally run throughout the day, but they also wrapped everything, stacked it carefully, and planned out how they were going to fill the truck to prevent damage during the transit. The goods we received were without any damage and the quality of the move was excellent.
