This is a great company

Working with Global trans van lines was the best experience ever! They have such a nice environment! Everyone I dealt with was polite and humble. Even the crew who came to help me talked to me in a very polite way. They smoothly moved me from point A to B and they even helped me at my new place. Their damage free move really impressed me! I shall hire this moving company always and shall recommend them to all.

They are the best

I called some companies but all demanded sky high rates which far exceeded our budget. We called Global trans van lines and told its representative all our needs. He assured us to solve our problem and provided a reasonable price. He sent a team to pack all my consignments and load them onto a truck on the moving day. They all were very professional and packed the items within two hours. I was very nervous regarding their commitment for timely delivery of my stuff. I was shocked to know that their team delivered the whole cargo on time as promised. It turns out that they kept every promise they made to me. They are worth hiring!

Love you all!

I love you all! Everyone at Global trans van lines is just mind blowing. They helped me in such a great way! I was worried that the moving company I will hire will break my expensive mirrors and art. But they certainly proved me wrong! This moving company gave me a stress free and damage free move at a very reasonable cost. It couldn’t get any better than this! I will use them again and I will recommend them to everyone!

I will always be grateful

I hired Global trans van lines and I was highly pleased with their service. They are the company which can provide you service along with 100% customer satisfaction. Our move went well with them. When the fellows came to my home for packing and loading, they came prepared and started to work. They did their job and it was done systematically. All my items were finely positioned. Their responsibility enhanced the level of my trust and satisfaction to a great extent. I am grateful to them. Superb job!

They did not charge me much

I hired Global trans van lines recently and they did a hell of a job. They brought the boxes, tapes, pads, tools and many needed instruments. They had it all and they did it all. They moved me so easily and nothing was damaged! I can’t believe it! They are truly the best. Their sales rep and customer service are very supportive and helpful. Because of their hard work, I am now successfully relocated without any problems. Cheers!

It was an excellent move

Best experience ever with Global Trans Van Lines! All 3 guys on the crew were educated, clean and professional looking, and were much focused. Their sales rep gave me a quote and it was a little higher than some of the other quotes I had received. Because I felt more comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge that came from their sales rep, I felt more at ease with this company. When the crew came out to my house, they all greeted me like an old friend and immediately gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and were nice chaps. Not only did they literally run throughout the day, but they also wrapped everything, stacked it carefully, and planned out how they were going to fill the truck to prevent damage during the transit. The goods we received were without any damage and the quality of the move was excellent.

Very responsible

They are very responsible. They always responded to my emails and calls. It’s rare onwards to find good customer service. The guys who came to pack were very efficient. They took care of everything. Even helped me set up the place!! They made sure nothing was damaged or dented. They delivered on time and the price did not change. I am very happy about that! Thanks guys! I will recommend Global trans van lines to everyone.

Dishonesty/Fraud

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about the company’s apparent fraudulent payment practices. I initially spoke with Steve Miles and sent a check as a down payment for our move. A few days later, Mr. Miles told me that the bank had stopped payment on the check and asked me to send a replacement. Because I was concerned, I contacted my bank and learned that both checks had been cashed. I then contacted Gary in the Quality Assurance Department, whom I understood to be Mr. Miles’s supervisor. Gary stated that the company’s records showed the first check had been returned, which conflicted with both the bank’s records and the explanation I had received from Mr. Miles. I sent Gary a bank copy confirming that the first check had been cashed. I received no further response, and my money has not been returned. Given the conflicting explanations, duplicate payment, and lack of follow-up, I am concerned that the matter may involve improper payment handling or fraudulent activity by an individual in finance, Mr. Miles and Gary. I did not use this company, I moved with a better company.

I was not disappointed!

I hate moving to another state where distance from point A to B matters a lot. I don’t like the pressure and it’s a big pain. But I had to, so I hired Global trans van lines based on good reviews. And guess what, I was not disappointed! The guys came and packed my entire home very easily and swiftly. They did not mind my million questions and they always cared for my belongings. In just a few weeks my belongings were delivered to me in one piece. They took all the stress out.

Everything went as planned

Few days ago, I was looking to hire a cheap and reliable moving company because I was about to move. I did a search and got the list of moving companies. I called several of them randomly and decided to use Global trans van lines because their sales rep convinced me to use them and their reviews spoke very well for them. I found this company to have more than 90% of their reviews in their favor and most customers were extremely impressed with their good work and service. In the end, it was all perfect! Seriously not a single complaint! I was set!
