They were very careful with my belongings

My daughter and I needed to do a long distance move and wanted to do it as fast as we could. My wife passed away a few months ago and we desperately wanted to leave this state. After doing some research, we liked Global trans van lines because they had good reviews and their sales rep was very kind to us. On the move day, the foreman and his team were smart, efficient and caring. They moved us very quickly yet carefully and we were happy to see that none of our things were damaged. Lucky choice of ours

Wonderful service from Global trans van lines! I know that most moving companies will have at least 20% of unsatisfactory service, according to my wife, she did all the research before we jumped in with all our feet. This move was very stress free considering we were doing what we thought was a difficult move. We had many things and there were 2 drop offs. They hauled everything very nicely and with dedication. Everything was returned safely to us and without a single dent. Great job you guys!

They are the best

I called some companies but all demanded sky high rates which far exceeded our budget. We called Global trans van lines and told its representative all our needs. He assured us to solve our problem and provided a reasonable price. He sent a team to pack all my consignments and load them onto a truck on the moving day. They all were very professional and packed the items within two hours. I was very nervous regarding their commitment for timely delivery of my stuff. I was shocked to know that their team delivered the whole cargo on time as promised. It turns out that they kept every promise they made to me. They are worth hiring!

Call them if you need to move!

My girlfriend and I needed to travel a long distance because she got a job there and I was also happy to go and live somewhere else. The foreman and his team came to our place on time and packed the things quickly. They wrapped them so well that nothing got damaged nor broken. Both of us were very satisfied with Global trans van lines! They even arranged the furniture at our new place and did not charge us extra for that. They saved us so much time and money.

If you are in need of a good moving company, then let me help you a bit. Hire Global trans van lines! The crews are not only tremendously enjoyable to work with but they didn’t misuse time. They also provide you with a great deal. Generally I think all supervisor’s help their clients to move safely but I received some extra from the company foreman. They were perfect in every way. No damages, no stress and no extra fees! They are highly recommended!

It was an excellent move

Best experience ever with Global Trans Van Lines! All 3 guys on the crew were educated, clean and professional looking, and were much focused. Their sales rep gave me a quote and it was a little higher than some of the other quotes I had received. Because I felt more comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge that came from their sales rep, I felt more at ease with this company. When the crew came out to my house, they all greeted me like an old friend and immediately gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and were nice chaps. Not only did they literally run throughout the day, but they also wrapped everything, stacked it carefully, and planned out how they were going to fill the truck to prevent damage during the transit. The goods we received were without any damage and the quality of the move was excellent.

I never had to worry!

I never had to worry about my stuff! Each and every one of them were packed very carefully and in a few hours, everything was ready for the move and I did not have to worry about finishing in time anymore! With their help the move was possible very quickly and without any damages. I loved the deal they gave me and also liked the fact that they took a bit more care for my wife’s glassware items. Dishonesty/Fraud

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about the company’s apparent fraudulent payment practices. I initially spoke with Steve Miles and sent a check as a down payment for our move. A few days later, Mr. Miles told me that the bank had stopped payment on the check and asked me to send a replacement. Because I was concerned, I contacted my bank and learned that both checks had been cashed. I then contacted Gary in the Quality Assurance Department, whom I understood to be Mr. Miles’s supervisor. Gary stated that the company’s records showed the first check had been returned, which conflicted with both the bank’s records and the explanation I had received from Mr. Miles. I sent Gary a bank copy confirming that the first check had been cashed. I received no further response, and my money has not been returned. Given the conflicting explanations, duplicate payment, and lack of follow-up, I am concerned that the matter may involve improper payment handling or fraudulent activity by an individual in finance, Mr. Miles and Gary. I did not use this company, I moved with a better company.

DAMAGE FREE MOVE

They were just excellent and their customer service chap was a genius! We were surprised to see the goods arrive early and we were worried if the goods had any damage. To our surprise we had no damage and the company has taken up the task to reach early as they were trying to make us comfortable. At our new place they never sat empty for a minute; they placed all the furniture in order and made sure the house was all set. Thanks a million for your great work. I am a fan of Global trans van lines!

Lovely service

My husband was not in the country and I wanted to live near my parents, so I decided to go back home. It was tough to hire a moving company because there are so many out there. After doing some research I chose Global trans van lines based on their reviews. I called them up and their sales rep gave me a good deal which was hard to turn down. Not only was the price tempting, but the way he assured me that my move will be smooth and easy! And he was right! It was a good decision. Moving was so easy! Not a single damage anywhere and it did not cost me much!
