Read More My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Fresh Start Movers! Neal was very responsive and super helpful during the booking process and when my husband and I got COVID the night before we were scheduled to move, Neal said we could reschedule our move without a problem. He didn't even charge us a late reschedule fee, which I would definitely have understood since we had to make a last minute change in our plans. Esteban and his moving crew were super quick, nice and took excellent care of our things. I was a little worried since I had an upright piano that needed to be moved but they were very careful and did an amazing job getting it down my rickety stairs. Their business also does great work for the community so it feels good to support them. I highly recommend Fresh Start!

Read More I used Fresh Start Movers for a regional move. Neal rapidly provided an estimate and the move was direct- one crew and just our contents straight to new city. Super efficient! A terrific crew of five packed and loaded. They were courteous, engaged, and asked for clarification to make sure every piece went to the correct room in the new home. They used common sense- baby gates went with the high chair and pack-and -play even though they were scattered in the apartment. Everything was labeled very clearly and they really took care of a few special fragile pieces. The attention to detail was great! Two crew members drove and unloaded in the new location. Wonderful people- attentive owner. Would definitely use again!

Read More The best moving experience by far. Neal promises, he delivers! From the initial quoting calls he went above and beyond explaining us the whole process and answering our numerous questions. We've had traumatic experiences in the past, so we were pretty hesitant. Neal made sure we were confident about hiring his services and boy he was right. Steve, Felipe and Brandon were extremely careful, respectful, fast and clean while handling our belongings, as well as floors and walls in both residences. Their expertise and professionalism set them aside from the rest. Their 5 stars ratings across all platforms are very well deserved. THANK YOU Neal and Fresh Start movers!

Read More The best referrals are word of mouth from those whose judgement you trust. A friend had great things to say about these guys and so I went with them and I am glad that I did! I used them for several jobs in the span of a month... they were great! They moved my stuff out of an apartment to storage.. and then from storage to a new condo. Scheduling and coordinating with Neal made what could have been a stressfulful process easier to handle. The crew was always on time... accommodating my requests for handling my stuff(my things are important!!!) That's perhaps the biggest thing -- understanding how I needed certain items handled -- and having the finesse to follow through. It's not just about being a bunch of strong oxes and moving things... butt transporting everything safely.

Read More Moving is always stressful but Neal and his crew ( especially Steve and Luis) made it so easy. If I could give them 10 starts then I would be more than happy to give them that. We moved cross country and these guys were superb. The communication was always clear from the start and they did everything what I asked them too. Read More These folks are fantastic!! We needed help unloading a truck for a 3-bedroom home same-day, and they responded quickly saying they could send a team of three at the time we requested. Neal was very communicative and even checked on us to confirm the arrival time during the day. They were very quick but thorough. We really appreciate them doing an awesome job!
