Read More Freeway has done an amazing job packing up my home and getting it loaded on the truck. Jacob was my point of contact for my booking and was so helpful, kind and professional. Johnny, Keith and Charlie did an outstanding job packing my TV's, furniture and then loading all of including the boxes we had packed. Jacob & Ava called after everything was packed to make sure I was satisfied. I will update this review upon completion of my move when I receive all items. So far I am more than pleased! Their employees do an excellent job.

Read More Look, I really don’t write reviews but I was honestly so shocked at how seamless this experience was, and how nice everyone was, that I wanted to share my experience. I’m a naturally skeptical person, and after reading the horror stories about people who moved and got scammed, I was expecting the ball to drop at any moment. I can honestly say that this was a seamless experience. For context, we had a multi- state move. The experience starts with requesting a quote. You tell them a general idea of what you have, and they give you a ballpark quote and then suggest a video walk through. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO THIS. This enables them to give you a binding quote that is pretty accurate. Now, this is where I was skeptical. The price they gave me was lower than any one else I talked to. On the day of move, the movers showed up, walked through and compared the list from our video walk through to what was actually being moved (everything matched), and within an hour we were all packed up. No talk about increased prices, no haggling, nothing. The day they delivered, we had the NICEST driver. Super nice team who was incredibly helpful. Here is where I was waiting for the ball to drop and ask for more money, because no way we would pay this low price, right? Nope, instead they kept asking if we needed to move stuff around to make it easier on us. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised and so happy I chose this company. Great job guys.

From getting a quote and confirming my move with Matthew to the day of the move, it was all a pleasant experience. They arrived early and got to work right away. They were very professional and kind, and got things done quickly. They were very careful with all my things and made sure that nothing got damaged during the move. I can't thank them enough for getting everything done, especially in such a hot day! I will definitely recommend Freeway Relocation to everyone!

Read More We decided to move from Florida to Massachusetts. Everything started with a professional Zoom call. Jacob checked every single item we had to move. He respected my timing (when we could sign the contract) and didn't make any pressure at all. Two days before the pick up date, I was contacted to confirm what time the truck would arrive. I was impressed by how the movers worked. They packed all items very well, and moved everything very carefully to the truck. The truck arrived in our new address in Massachusetts. I had read many reviews of other clients complaining about scratches or broken items, but for my surprise none of that happened. Absolutely nothing was broken, neither we had scratches in our furniture. I am very happy with everything provided from the very beginning till the end, and I would be extremely positive to recommend their services to anyone.
