Read More After my first update I did get contacted by the branch manager who acknowledged no one had contacted me. He offered to pay my claim as i explained I felt I was being reasonable with the amounts I used. So I am adjusting my review based on the overall customer service. There were two items damaged so I cannot give 5 stars, but under the circumstances I felt it was handled as well as could be in the end. The driver was very apologetic about the damage and the branch manager was professional in his response. Because of the excellent customer service I would use them again and would recommend them to others. Update: Despite the reply, no branch manager has contacted me via phone or email to discuss this so I have no path to follow up further. I know my phone and email is correct as both were used before and during the move multiple times. The only contact after the move was from the claim service letting me know nothing would be paid due to the deductible. Overall the move went ok, everything seems to have arrived. The pickup was on time and the delivery was on time. Driver was friendly and the crews worked fairly quickly for both loading and unloading. They had to use a shuttle (Uhaul) at the destination and didn't charge extra. Moved from Columbus to Miami. There is damage to two items. One was a metal floor lamp which is not too big of a deal. The other was a chair the was my Grandmother's and of course cannot be replaced. Apparently I had a $500 deductible so I also will receive nothing for the damaged items.

The team was fast, friendly, and professional. They worked as a well oiled machine. We highly recommend E E Ward. We have found a few items that are in the wrong spot. O ... Read More The team was fast, friendly, and professional. They worked as a well oiled machine. We highly recommend E E Ward. We have found a few items that are in the wrong spot. Our guess is that we told one person where to put something, but with the team working so fast the message was not passed on. Even so, we are extremely satisfied with the process

Read More Due to a number of life changes, I ended up moving from my home to a property that we were going to live in that we ended up needing to move out of (within 1 week!), then into a rental property, and then one year later finally moving into a new permanent home. It was a lot of moving! With the packing and unpacking for each move!! I used E.E Ward each time and the experience was great; especially given the stress of each move. It was a very stressful time. Shanna Crawford, the relocation consultant, was very helpful and was able to give good advice on suggestions with all my moves. She was very pleasant and available. The moving team was also great. They had a tough job with each move and was professional and efficient. The team lead William did a great job along with his team. I requested him each time for each of the moves. It was a lot of stress moving that many times, but I would highly recommend Shanna and E.E. Ward.!!
