Jorde and his group were exceptional. They were thorough and handled our belongings exceptionally well. They were punctual and easy to contact.
I wasn't sure how to handle moving with a toddler, but working with Jorde really helped. They answered every question I had, from timing to how to handle the kids' furniture and toys. The movers were patient, efficient, and left no mess behind. Everything arrived safely, and the day felt a lot less chaotic than I expected. It made a big difference for our family.
Nathan and the moving crew arrived on a moving day at the appointed hour. They were all neatly dressed in business attire and brought all the required moving equipment. Matthew, the team leader, checked the list again to ensure we were all on the same page. As soon as we were prepared to begin, everybody started to work.

We had to store our things for about a month before we could move into our new house. The movers put everything in and clearly labeled it, so it was easy to unpack. Great work!
The worst experience of my life. This moving company was absolutely terrible from start to finish. They turned out to be a THIRD-PARTY service. The stress they caused us was beyond anything we could have imagined. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and emotional burden—do not hire this company. It was a nightmare we wouldn’t wish on anyone.
You simplified our cross-country relocation, and for that we are eternally thankful. You guys really killed it, and everyone else was shocked.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had. If you're capable of it, I would suggest getting a U-haul and doing it yourself. On Pick-up, they were 4 hours late on their time window. They gave me an estimated date of 8-16-2024. They showed up on the 21st. They had another window saying they would be here between 7am and 12pm. The movers didn't show up until 4pm. I ended up helping them move my stuff in due to having to be at work in the evening and speed up the process. Going through everything, I've noticed they did not give my my pc. I asked the driver if it was in one of the large boxes that were heavy and he told me yes. This is incorrect. None of these boxes contain my computer. It was packaged in it's own co tainer by the original movers. $3,000 PC lost. I would highly suggest finding another moving company, or just finding out how to do it yourself. Moving from California to Louisiana was already stressful enough. Sleeping on an air mattress, buying items I've already had previously to cook and eat with was annoying and aggravating. The original "Estimate" was hiked up another $1400 on top of all this. I'd rather have just bought all new things if I knew I was going to get a shady, incompetant company to trust with my stuff. To add insult to injury, I have emailed Claudia, the dispatcher, and have called with no follow-up whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money. This has been a disaster from the start.
I needed help transferring some heavy things, and Direct Relocation Services LLC came through for me. Their team was timely, highly competent, and well-informed and effortlessly met all deadlines. They handled my belongings with the utmost care; not a single piece went missing.
