It was an AMAZING experience! This move was the easiest one I've ever had. Andrew and Jameson took exceptional care of my belongings. They exceeded my expectations in terms of cost and service quality. My wife and I eagerly anticipate working with them again.
I was especially grateful for Jeremiah, who made sure my fragile antiques were carefully handled. Seeing how much care went into packing and moving them made me trust the whole process even more.
The worst experience of my life. This moving company was absolutely terrible from start to finish. They turned out to be a THIRD-PARTY service. The stress they caused us was beyond anything we could have imagined. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and emotional burden—do not hire this company. It was a nightmare we wouldn’t wish on anyone.
My relocation from an apartment to a single-family home took most of the day, and Jorde kept everything running smoothly. They made sure my large sectional sofa fit through tight doorways without forcing it. All my boxed kitchen items were handled with care, and by evening, my new place felt ready to live in. Their patience was impressive.
I have nothing but praise for this relocation company. Jeremiah and Jorde were efficient and careful. The kitchen took one hour and twenty-two minutes to pack, based on their recorded start and end times. To ensure my fragile belongings were protected, they also noted that day's humidity level, which was 62%.
Matthew was a Excellent Man; he was attentive and provided clear explanations. The team worked really hard to pack and transport my belongings on a moving day. They kept me informed each step of the way. I thank them for their service!
Try to cancel the move because all of a sudden my price had doubled and then they told me that it could be even higher once I get everything loaded, Then they couldn’t tell me when my stuff was going to get delivered whatsoever. They said it could be anywhere from three days to 30+ days because of DOT. What they didn’t know I am very familiar with DOT laws due to what my career is so I called them out on it and they were not happy about it at all. Also, everything just got super sketchy super quick and I did not have a good feeling about any of it anymore. Hence why I wanted to cancel. When trying to get a hold of them about everything, it was the hardest thing to try to get a hold of somebody. Diego said he would give me part of my money back and never did when I called and told the guy if I remember correctly, his name is Robert that I told I wanted to cancel. He would not cancel it and try to force me into this move with them which is very unprofessional. This guy also has a very bad temper and that was just dealing with him on the phone. I tried to dispute this with the bank because they had taken over $1500 for me it would not give any of it back. They also could not tell me when they were exactly coming to pick my stuff up at this point in time I had already got somebody else to move me And the driver from this company Calls me and says what time they will be there and I told them you need to have a manager call me ASAP. That is when a manager finally called me. I explained to them what was going on and why I needed to cancel, but they would not send me no email or proof that it was canceled so my bank could dispute this. This company is an absolute thieves when it comes to money And they also cannot give you any correct information. Also, why I was on the phone with the manager he sat there and downed every other moving company except for His company and a couple other companies I’m sorry I don’t care if they’re competition or not you should not talk down about other Companies like that Because yet again that is very unprofessional. I wish I could give these people zero stars. I am also Turning this company into the Better Business Bureau for everything they have done. Last but not least they never stated that they were broker they made it sound like they were a moving company. There is a huge difference between a broker and a moving company.
