My heavy belongings gave me pause, but the movers made short work of them. On time, Christopher and Thomas reassured me that everything was in good hands. In addition, I would recommend you to my friends and family.
In order to ensure that my valuable piano was transported securely, Direct Relocation Services service went above and beyond. When it was delivered and when it was received, the piano was in exactly the same condition. I much more like how they cushioned and covered it.
I had to move everything out of my art studio, which included dozens of canvases, easels, and fragile supplies. I was honestly stressed out about it, but the movers came in calm and prepared. They packed things better than I would have, and they asked before moving anything they weren’t sure about. That kind of care meant a lot, especially with pieces that aren’t easily replaced.

When I emailed the staff to request an estimate pricing quotation for my long-distance move, they responded immediately. They respond incredibly fast to all my requirements. It was a huge help to decide what to move and which item I should donate. These were helpful beyond expectations. Extremely grateful for the assistance they offered!
Try to cancel the move because all of a sudden my price had doubled and then they told me that it could be even higher once I get everything loaded, Then they couldn’t tell me when my stuff was going to get delivered whatsoever. They said it could be anywhere from three days to 30+ days because of DOT. What they didn’t know I am very familiar with DOT laws due to what my career is so I called them out on it and they were not happy about it at all. Also, everything just got super sketchy super quick and I did not have a good feeling about any of it anymore. Hence why I wanted to cancel. When trying to get a hold of them about everything, it was the hardest thing to try to get a hold of somebody. Diego said he would give me part of my money back and never did when I called and told the guy if I remember correctly, his name is Robert that I told I wanted to cancel. He would not cancel it and try to force me into this move with them which is very unprofessional. This guy also has a very bad temper and that was just dealing with him on the phone. I tried to dispute this with the bank because they had taken over $1500 for me it would not give any of it back. They also could not tell me when they were exactly coming to pick my stuff up at this point in time I had already got somebody else to move me And the driver from this company Calls me and says what time they will be there and I told them you need to have a manager call me ASAP. That is when a manager finally called me. I explained to them what was going on and why I needed to cancel, but they would not send me no email or proof that it was canceled so my bank could dispute this. This company is an absolute thieves when it comes to money And they also cannot give you any correct information. Also, why I was on the phone with the manager he sat there and downed every other moving company except for His company and a couple other companies I’m sorry I don’t care if they’re competition or not you should not talk down about other Companies like that Because yet again that is very unprofessional. I wish I could give these people zero stars. I am also Turning this company into the Better Business Bureau for everything they have done. Last but not least they never stated that they were broker they made it sound like they were a moving company. There is a huge difference between a broker and a moving company.
The team made a concerted effort to go above what was asked. They put all my books onto my high shelves and helped me arrange my large library in a safe manner. I had concerns about my small figures, but they treated everything with great attention.
I had a lot of weirdly shaped furniture and I knew that something would be scratched or dented, but these guys knew exactly what to do with it all. They took the time to carefully wrap each piece, moved through doorways, and left no mark behind. 100% recommended!
Andrew and his crew were of great assistance to us during our move. They were prompt and efficient throughout the entire process. Very successful moving company.
The movers were careful with our floors and furniture, using floor protectors and blankets. Our home looked perfect after the move. I recommend this service to anyone that needs assistance.
