Can’t begin to thank them for being so understanding! We had to pause mid-move due to a family emergency. Our move operator rescheduled us without penalty, and when we resumed a week later, the same crew returned and picked up right where they left off. That continuity and flexibility really made a tough time easier to handle!
In order to ensure that my valuable piano was transported securely, Direct Relocation Services service went above and beyond. When it was delivered and when it was received, the piano was in exactly the same condition. I much more like how they cushioned and covered it.
We had a smooth move thanks to their company. The team knew how to handle fragile items well, was well-organized, and showed up on time. The move was easy.
The moving process was much slower than the estimated timeframe. There seemed to be a lack of coordination between the crew members, which made things take even longer. I also had to supervise several parts of the move. Overall, it was quite stressful.
My move involved hauling furniture up three flights of stairs into an old apartment with no elevator. Most of it was large, including a sleeper sofa and a solid wood bookshelf. I figured there'd be scuffs or dents, but everything arrived just fine. The movers took their time with the corners and stairs, avoiding any forced movements. I was genuinely surprised by how smooth it all went.
