Michael ensured that every item, no matter how old or fragile, was packed perfectly. I was impressed by their attention to detail and felt confident throughout the entire move. Great service!
I needed help transferring some heavy things, and Direct Relocation Services LLC came through for me. Their team was timely, highly competent, and well-informed and effortlessly met all deadlines. They handled my belongings with the utmost care; not a single piece went missing.
The moving people that I hired are moving a container from another state. They unloaded it efficiently and carefully moved everything into my home. I recommend them!
They were really courteous, well-organized, and hardworking. They ensured that everything arrived at TX undamaged and that all my goods and possessions were packed securely. Throughout the move, the crew maintained a lively and positive mood by communicating with one another.
Normally, I hate packing dishes, but these movers made it a breeze. They had these special tissue paper sheets they wrapped around each plate, then nestled them in rows within the box. They even used those pool noodle things to create little bumpers between the plates for extra protection. Nothing arrived chipped or broken!
Matthew came through when we needed to move at the last minute! They offered packaging services, and our two pieces of baggage arrived undamaged. The staff carefully labeled each package. Bravo to them!
My relocation from an apartment to a single-family home took most of the day, and Jorde kept everything running smoothly. They made sure my large sectional sofa fit through tight doorways without forcing it. All my boxed kitchen items were handled with care, and by evening, my new place felt ready to live in. Their patience was impressive.
Since moving can be expensive, we were worried about the costs. Fortunately, Michael and his team provided a clear quote without any surprise fees and offered reasonably priced packing supplies. We stayed within our budget thanks to their team's quick efforts to reduce labor costs! Without a doubt, we would hire them again!
Try to cancel the move because all of a sudden my price had doubled and then they told me that it could be even higher once I get everything loaded, Then they couldn’t tell me when my stuff was going to get delivered whatsoever. They said it could be anywhere from three days to 30+ days because of DOT. What they didn’t know I am very familiar with DOT laws due to what my career is so I called them out on it and they were not happy about it at all. Also, everything just got super sketchy super quick and I did not have a good feeling about any of it anymore. Hence why I wanted to cancel. When trying to get a hold of them about everything, it was the hardest thing to try to get a hold of somebody. Diego said he would give me part of my money back and never did when I called and told the guy if I remember correctly, his name is Robert that I told I wanted to cancel. He would not cancel it and try to force me into this move with them which is very unprofessional. This guy also has a very bad temper and that was just dealing with him on the phone. I tried to dispute this with the bank because they had taken over $1500 for me it would not give any of it back. They also could not tell me when they were exactly coming to pick my stuff up at this point in time I had already got somebody else to move me And the driver from this company Calls me and says what time they will be there and I told them you need to have a manager call me ASAP. That is when a manager finally called me. I explained to them what was going on and why I needed to cancel, but they would not send me no email or proof that it was canceled so my bank could dispute this. This company is an absolute thieves when it comes to money And they also cannot give you any correct information. Also, why I was on the phone with the manager he sat there and downed every other moving company except for His company and a couple other companies I’m sorry I don’t care if they’re competition or not you should not talk down about other Companies like that Because yet again that is very unprofessional. I wish I could give these people zero stars. I am also Turning this company into the Better Business Bureau for everything they have done. Last but not least they never stated that they were broker they made it sound like they were a moving company. There is a huge difference between a broker and a moving company.
