Matthew came through when we needed to move at the last minute! They offered packaging services, and our two pieces of baggage arrived undamaged. The staff carefully labeled each package. Bravo to them!
The movers were careful with our floors and furniture, using floor protectors and blankets. Our home looked perfect after the move. I recommend this service to anyone that needs assistance.
Run don't walk away from this company. Yes ***** seems like he will take care of your stuff. Its been over a year of their pick up, then delivery of half of my items, then trying to settle with them. ****** and crew arrived 3 days late 3/21/24 for pickup in ** with a an already full truck. They placed tiny numbered stickers on my items then completely commingled them with someone else items to fit all into truck. Barely able to shut door. I was assured that my items were in warehouse as I waited for them to complete delivery in ** on 7/25/24. Which was well after the expected delivery timeframe. Surprise. A NY registered freighter delivered only half of my items which included boxes of original framed art work, moms Royal Daulton china, irreplaceable heirlooms, and furniture. Then I began the Claims process online. This is a sketchy company as they make it difficult to fill in lengthy details in forms online. Multiple attempts to complete them took hours then they would get deleted. Don't try to call them as they have a friendly automated answering system that puts you on hold for 10 minutes then abruptly drops your call. I called about 20 times, same each time. I emailed and requested forms to be mailed to me. These emails had automated responses. Finally ***** was able to have them mail the forms. These were filled out by me and returned through Certified mail then second time through Registered mail. Today I am informed that after their review, Direct Relocation is willing to pay me $75! The value and weight of items is easily $10,000. Not to mention I paid for delivery of twice as many items than they delivered. I wasn't even seeking damages for items I did receive. They wrapped items in shipping blankets to take to warehouse then removed those blankets. Some had their coded stickers on them so easy to see how that system falls apart. I give them a 1 rating for their friendly demeanor as they rob you blind.
I took a giant leap forward with this company. The movers arrived on time, were courteous, and did a great job. I did not have to worry about a thing because they took extra care to pack things securely. They come highly recommended from me to anyone looking to move!
I had fragile antiques to move, and Jorde made sure everything was packed perfectly. Each item arrived in great condition, and their personal care made the process much more comfortable for me.
Would not recommend this company if I could I would give them a zero star so unprofessional and rude when I booked with them through a company that they work with (Safe ship) they quoted a price that Fit in my budget once they got to my place they Charge me almost $2000 more than what I was quoted and the only big items I had was my two piece sectional and my king size bed and the rest was boxes less than 25 I was moving from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas, Texas 853 Miles to be exact from my old place to my new place it took them 13 days to deliver my stuff every time I called and try to get an update. Maria and Diego had the nastiest non-compassionate Nonchalant attitude and on top of that while there was moving, they broke the light to the ceiling fan so unprofessional
They were really courteous, well-organized, and hardworking. They ensured that everything arrived at TX undamaged and that all my goods and possessions were packed securely. Throughout the move, the crew maintained a lively and positive mood by communicating with one another.
I had a lot of weirdly shaped furniture and I knew that something would be scratched or dented, but these guys knew exactly what to do with it all. They took the time to carefully wrap each piece, moved through doorways, and left no mark behind. 100% recommended!
The worst experience of my life. This moving company was absolutely terrible from start to finish. They turned out to be a THIRD-PARTY service. The stress they caused us was beyond anything we could have imagined. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and emotional burden—do not hire this company. It was a nightmare we wouldn’t wish on anyone.
I contacted Jorde at Direct Relocation Services LLC a few days before my move because I had some tricky items: a treadmill, a big fish tank, and a bunch of electronics. They showed up prepared with extra padding and tools. They even drained and secured the tank better than I could’ve done myself. I felt like my stuff was genuinely taken care of by people who knew what they were doing.
