They paid attention to where we wanted our furniture in the new home and set everything up just the way we liked it.
My move involved hauling furniture up three flights of stairs into an old apartment with no elevator. Most of it was large, including a sleeper sofa and a solid wood bookshelf. I figured there'd be scuffs or dents, but everything arrived just fine. The movers took their time with the corners and stairs, avoiding any forced movements. I was genuinely surprised by how smooth it all went.
When I emailed the staff to request an estimate pricing quotation for my long-distance move, they responded immediately. They respond incredibly fast to all my requirements. It was a huge help to decide what to move and which item I should donate. These were helpful beyond expectations. Extremely grateful for the assistance they offered!
Matthew came through when we needed to move at the last minute! They offered packaging services, and our two pieces of baggage arrived undamaged. The staff carefully labeled each package. Bravo to them!
This has been the worst experience I have ever had. If you're capable of it, I would suggest getting a U-haul and doing it yourself. On Pick-up, they were 4 hours late on their time window. They gave me an estimated date of 8-16-2024. They showed up on the 21st. They had another window saying they would be here between 7am and 12pm. The movers didn't show up until 4pm. I ended up helping them move my stuff in due to having to be at work in the evening and speed up the process. Going through everything, I've noticed they did not give my my pc. I asked the driver if it was in one of the large boxes that were heavy and he told me yes. This is incorrect. None of these boxes contain my computer. It was packaged in it's own co tainer by the original movers. $3,000 PC lost. I would highly suggest finding another moving company, or just finding out how to do it yourself. Moving from California to Louisiana was already stressful enough. Sleeping on an air mattress, buying items I've already had previously to cook and eat with was annoying and aggravating. The original "Estimate" was hiked up another $1400 on top of all this. I'd rather have just bought all new things if I knew I was going to get a shady, incompetant company to trust with my stuff. To add insult to injury, I have emailed Claudia, the dispatcher, and have called with no follow-up whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money. This has been a disaster from the start.
Andrew and his team of 3 thoroughly padded the staircase and all vulnerable spots in my apartment. Thanks to their preventive measures, my mind was at ease and luckily, nothing unfortunate happened either. Couldn’t have asked for better service!
We had to store our things for about a month before we could move into our new house. The movers put everything in and clearly labeled it, so it was easy to unpack. Great work!
Since moving can be expensive, we were worried about the costs. Fortunately, Michael and his team provided a clear quote without any surprise fees and offered reasonably priced packing supplies. We stayed within our budget thanks to their team's quick efforts to reduce labor costs! Without a doubt, we would hire them again!
I have nothing but praise for this relocation company. Jeremiah and Jorde were efficient and careful. The kitchen took one hour and twenty-two minutes to pack, based on their recorded start and end times. To ensure my fragile belongings were protected, they also noted that day's humidity level, which was 62%.
I had fragile antiques to move, and Jorde made sure everything was packed perfectly. Each item arrived in great condition, and their personal care made the process much more comfortable for me.
