Everything went smoothly thanks to Jeremiah keeping things on track. They coordinated the entire office move better than I expected. Zero confusion, zero damage, just a clean, fast transition into the new space.
Try to cancel the move because all of a sudden my price had doubled and then they told me that it could be even higher once I get everything loaded, Then they couldn’t tell me when my stuff was going to get delivered whatsoever. They said it could be anywhere from three days to 30+ days because of DOT. What they didn’t know I am very familiar with DOT laws due to what my career is so I called them out on it and they were not happy about it at all. Also, everything just got super sketchy super quick and I did not have a good feeling about any of it anymore. Hence why I wanted to cancel. When trying to get a hold of them about everything, it was the hardest thing to try to get a hold of somebody. Diego said he would give me part of my money back and never did when I called and told the guy if I remember correctly, his name is Robert that I told I wanted to cancel. He would not cancel it and try to force me into this move with them which is very unprofessional. This guy also has a very bad temper and that was just dealing with him on the phone. I tried to dispute this with the bank because they had taken over $1500 for me it would not give any of it back. They also could not tell me when they were exactly coming to pick my stuff up at this point in time I had already got somebody else to move me And the driver from this company Calls me and says what time they will be there and I told them you need to have a manager call me ASAP. That is when a manager finally called me. I explained to them what was going on and why I needed to cancel, but they would not send me no email or proof that it was canceled so my bank could dispute this. This company is an absolute thieves when it comes to money And they also cannot give you any correct information. Also, why I was on the phone with the manager he sat there and downed every other moving company except for His company and a couple other companies I’m sorry I don’t care if they’re competition or not you should not talk down about other Companies like that Because yet again that is very unprofessional. I wish I could give these people zero stars. I am also Turning this company into the Better Business Bureau for everything they have done. Last but not least they never stated that they were broker they made it sound like they were a moving company. There is a huge difference between a broker and a moving company.
Since moving can be expensive, we were worried about the costs. Fortunately, Michael and his team provided a clear quote without any surprise fees and offered reasonably priced packing supplies. We stayed within our budget thanks to their team's quick efforts to reduce labor costs! Without a doubt, we would hire them again!
When I needed to move my office equipment, Jorde took charge and made sure everything was handled carefully. Computers, monitors, and printers were wrapped securely, and cables were kept organized, so setup at the new location was simple. Their attention to the little details saved us a lot of time afterward.
I was nervous about my last relocation after a prior moving fiasco with a different company. But Direct Relocation Services LLC absolutely gained my confidence. Their communication was first-rate; answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough price with no opportunity for surprises.
I needed help transferring some heavy things, and Direct Relocation Services LLC came through for me. Their team was timely, highly competent, and well-informed and effortlessly met all deadlines. They handled my belongings with the utmost care; not a single piece went missing.
Please do Not use this company! They were worse than awful if I could give them zero stars I would. They moved me across the country damaged all of my things about $11,000 worth of damage and I got zero compensation. I fought with the company back-and-forth for months they offered me $243 And asked me to take down the bad reviews in order to get paid. I said keep your money. I’d rather save somebody else From this awful company. They lie lie lie, and then lie some more.
The worst experience of my life. This moving company was absolutely terrible from start to finish. They turned out to be a THIRD-PARTY service. The stress they caused us was beyond anything we could have imagined. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and emotional burden—do not hire this company. It was a nightmare we wouldn’t wish on anyone.
In order to ensure that my valuable piano was transported securely, Direct Relocation Services service went above and beyond. When it was delivered and when it was received, the piano was in exactly the same condition. I much more like how they cushioned and covered it.
They paid attention to where we wanted our furniture in the new home and set everything up just the way we liked it.
