George and his team were excellent in packing, wrapping and loading the possessions into the truck. We recognize and value your efforts. It was really kind of you to put my items in special packaging.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had. If you're capable of it, I would suggest getting a U-haul and doing it yourself. On Pick-up, they were 4 hours late on their time window. They gave me an estimated date of 8-16-2024. They showed up on the 21st. They had another window saying they would be here between 7am and 12pm. The movers didn't show up until 4pm. I ended up helping them move my stuff in due to having to be at work in the evening and speed up the process. Going through everything, I've noticed they did not give my my pc. I asked the driver if it was in one of the large boxes that were heavy and he told me yes. This is incorrect. None of these boxes contain my computer. It was packaged in it's own co tainer by the original movers. $3,000 PC lost. I would highly suggest finding another moving company, or just finding out how to do it yourself. Moving from California to Louisiana was already stressful enough. Sleeping on an air mattress, buying items I've already had previously to cook and eat with was annoying and aggravating. The original "Estimate" was hiked up another $1400 on top of all this. I'd rather have just bought all new things if I knew I was going to get a shady, incompetant company to trust with my stuff. To add insult to injury, I have emailed Claudia, the dispatcher, and have called with no follow-up whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money. This has been a disaster from the start.
I had fragile antiques to move, and Jorde made sure everything was packed perfectly. Each item arrived in great condition, and their personal care made the process much more comfortable for me.
Andrew and his team of 3 thoroughly padded the staircase and all vulnerable spots in my apartment. Thanks to their preventive measures, my mind was at ease and luckily, nothing unfortunate happened either. Couldn’t have asked for better service!
First-rate service providers, everyone at this company! They labored tirelessly the whole time despite that I had rescheduled with the staff for an earlier date as I had business plans later. Even being time-bound, their professionalism was unwavering. Thanks to them, my move wrapped up when I wanted it to. Absolutely recommend them!
The worst experience of my life. This moving company was absolutely terrible from start to finish. They turned out to be a THIRD-PARTY service. The stress they caused us was beyond anything we could have imagined. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and emotional burden—do not hire this company. It was a nightmare we wouldn’t wish on anyone.
The team made a concerted effort to go above what was asked. They put all my books onto my high shelves and helped me arrange my large library in a safe manner. I had concerns about my small figures, but they treated everything with great attention.
They were really courteous, well-organized, and hardworking. They ensured that everything arrived at TX undamaged and that all my goods and possessions were packed securely. Throughout the move, the crew maintained a lively and positive mood by communicating with one another.
Jeremiah and Jorde arrived promptly, using equipment to remove my sofa's legs and pack my belongings into sturdy crates. They helped pull heavy items downstairs and rebuilt my bed in my new apartment. Very helpful service!
My relocation from an apartment to a single-family home took most of the day, and Jorde kept everything running smoothly. They made sure my large sectional sofa fit through tight doorways without forcing it. All my boxed kitchen items were handled with care, and by evening, my new place felt ready to live in. Their patience was impressive.
