All of my interactions with Jorde team from the initial phone conversation to the final shipment, were smooth. The pricing was transparent and fair. No hidden costs. Even for that, I have faith in you.
I had to move everything out of my art studio, which included dozens of canvases, easels, and fragile supplies. I was honestly stressed out about it, but the movers came in calm and prepared. They packed things better than I would have, and they asked before moving anything they weren’t sure about. That kind of care meant a lot, especially with pieces that aren’t easily replaced.
Would not recommend this company if I could I would give them a zero star so unprofessional and rude when I booked with them through a company that they work with (Safe ship) they quoted a price that Fit in my budget once they got to my place they Charge me almost $2000 more than what I was quoted and the only big items I had was my two piece sectional and my king size bed and the rest was boxes less than 25 I was moving from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas, Texas 853 Miles to be exact from my old place to my new place it took them 13 days to deliver my stuff every time I called and try to get an update. Maria and Diego had the nastiest non-compassionate Nonchalant attitude and on top of that while there was moving, they broke the light to the ceiling fan so unprofessional
This has been the worst experience I have ever had. If you're capable of it, I would suggest getting a U-haul and doing it yourself. On Pick-up, they were 4 hours late on their time window. They gave me an estimated date of 8-16-2024. They showed up on the 21st. They had another window saying they would be here between 7am and 12pm. The movers didn't show up until 4pm. I ended up helping them move my stuff in due to having to be at work in the evening and speed up the process. Going through everything, I've noticed they did not give my my pc. I asked the driver if it was in one of the large boxes that were heavy and he told me yes. This is incorrect. None of these boxes contain my computer. It was packaged in it's own co tainer by the original movers. $3,000 PC lost. I would highly suggest finding another moving company, or just finding out how to do it yourself. Moving from California to Louisiana was already stressful enough. Sleeping on an air mattress, buying items I've already had previously to cook and eat with was annoying and aggravating. The original "Estimate" was hiked up another $1400 on top of all this. I'd rather have just bought all new things if I knew I was going to get a shady, incompetant company to trust with my stuff. To add insult to injury, I have emailed Claudia, the dispatcher, and have called with no follow-up whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money. This has been a disaster from the start.
The worst experience of my life. This moving company was absolutely terrible from start to finish. They turned out to be a THIRD-PARTY service. The stress they caused us was beyond anything we could have imagined. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and emotional burden—do not hire this company. It was a nightmare we wouldn’t wish on anyone.

They handled antique furniture with extra care, helped sort boxes by room, and checked in with my folks every step of the way. It felt like they were moving their own family. That kind of service is rare these days, and I’m grateful we picked the right team.
My heavy belongings gave me pause, but the movers made short work of them. On time, Christopher and Thomas reassured me that everything was in good hands. In addition, I would recommend you to my friends and family.
I had a lot of weirdly shaped furniture and I knew that something would be scratched or dented, but these guys knew exactly what to do with it all. They took the time to carefully wrap each piece, moved through doorways, and left no mark behind. 100% recommended!
When I emailed the staff to request an estimate pricing quotation for my long-distance move, they responded immediately. They respond incredibly fast to all my requirements. It was a huge help to decide what to move and which item I should donate. These were helpful beyond expectations. Extremely grateful for the assistance they offered!
