I got referred to Direct Relocation Services LLC by a coworker, and when I called, Michael helped walk me through everything step by step. I was moving several states away and had some fragile items that held a lot of sentimental value for me. The team was careful, respectful, and kept everything organized. There was nothing that went missing or broke, and the timing couldn’t have been better. I would have hired them again if needed.
The movers were fantastic all the way through! The timely arrival of Gabriel and his crew allowed them to load stuff from two locations and bring them all in pristine shape. When I move, I'll use their services again and suggest them to others.
Jorde and Michael expertly handled our long-distance move. Throughout the process, Jeremiah was friendly and easy to communicate with. The service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Without a doubt, I highly recommend them!
Thanks to Direct Relocation Services LLC, my relocation was more manageable than I anticipated. The items were loaded and packaged with efficiency and caution. My items were securely stored for six weeks. The package was delivered promptly and with the usual meticulous attention to detail.
Try to cancel the move because all of a sudden my price had doubled and then they told me that it could be even higher once I get everything loaded, Then they couldn’t tell me when my stuff was going to get delivered whatsoever. They said it could be anywhere from three days to 30+ days because of DOT. What they didn’t know I am very familiar with DOT laws due to what my career is so I called them out on it and they were not happy about it at all. Also, everything just got super sketchy super quick and I did not have a good feeling about any of it anymore. Hence why I wanted to cancel. When trying to get a hold of them about everything, it was the hardest thing to try to get a hold of somebody. Diego said he would give me part of my money back and never did when I called and told the guy if I remember correctly, his name is Robert that I told I wanted to cancel. He would not cancel it and try to force me into this move with them which is very unprofessional. This guy also has a very bad temper and that was just dealing with him on the phone. I tried to dispute this with the bank because they had taken over $1500 for me it would not give any of it back. They also could not tell me when they were exactly coming to pick my stuff up at this point in time I had already got somebody else to move me And the driver from this company Calls me and says what time they will be there and I told them you need to have a manager call me ASAP. That is when a manager finally called me. I explained to them what was going on and why I needed to cancel, but they would not send me no email or proof that it was canceled so my bank could dispute this. This company is an absolute thieves when it comes to money And they also cannot give you any correct information. Also, why I was on the phone with the manager he sat there and downed every other moving company except for His company and a couple other companies I’m sorry I don’t care if they’re competition or not you should not talk down about other Companies like that Because yet again that is very unprofessional. I wish I could give these people zero stars. I am also Turning this company into the Better Business Bureau for everything they have done. Last but not least they never stated that they were broker they made it sound like they were a moving company. There is a huge difference between a broker and a moving company.
The movers were careful with our floors and furniture, using floor protectors and blankets. Our home looked perfect after the move. I recommend this service to anyone that needs assistance.
When I emailed the staff to request an estimate pricing quotation for my long-distance move, they responded immediately. They respond incredibly fast to all my requirements. It was a huge help to decide what to move and which item I should donate. These were helpful beyond expectations. Extremely grateful for the assistance they offered!
The Direct Relocation Services LLC movers and packers, who performed well. Everything was organized properly in the boxes, and they set up my new home according to my instructions. These guys are the best.
