Fast, Careful Long Distance
This move came up quickly, and I didn’t have weeks to prepare. I packed what I could and left the rest to be handled on the day itself. The team took control of the process without turning it into chaos. Items were transported and set down where they belonged. I kept expecting to spot something misplaced, but that never happened. The apartment looked arranged rather than dumped with cartons. It gave me a proper starting point in the new place.
