Moving from Pasadena CA to AustinTX
I recently moved from Pasadena, CA to Austin, TX with Cross Country Moving, and I’m really happy with how everything went. The whole process was smooth, the price was great, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. All my furniture and boxes arrived in great condition with no damage, and the delivery was within the time frame they originally gave me. Moving out of state can be stressful, but these guys made it a lot easier. Really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend them! Best movers !!!

Exemplary work
I was astounded by Cross Country Moving LLC customer service when I initially got in touch with them. The staff responded to all of my questions and was friendly and helpful. They provided me with an accurate moving cost estimate.

Avoid Company at all cost!
Buyer beware. 1 star rating. I told them all my info on the front end, even sent pictures of my small move. They are masters of extortion, as you are vulnerable once you sign. Expect a minimum of 40%+ markup and the company saying "you signed the contract" after no other options are available. They stated that the pick up and deliver were their people, not true, they use third party vendors that are not great either. Shady people. Not honest. Expect poor service once you sign! I wanted this to be smooth but this experience made the process of moving horrible! I hate moving, they made it worse!

Moving out from Los Angeles
I hired Cross Country Moving for a long distance move out of the Los Angeles area, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew arrived on time and immediately started packing and loading with real attention to detail. Furniture was carefully wrapped, boxes were secured properly, and everything was handled with care. Nothing was damaged, crushed, or broken, which was extremely important to me on a long distance move. What I appreciated most was how organized and professional the team was. The best Movers
I had such a great experience with Cross Country Moving! They moved me from Columbus, Ohio to Los Angeles, and their price was excellent. I’ve used other companies for out-of-state moves before, and this was by far the best service I’ve received. All my belongings and boxes arrived without any damage, which was a huge relief. Honestly, the best movers I’ve used! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Terrible communication on important matters
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.

Cross country moving great company to move long distance. I moved with cross country movers from Fremont California to Texas with them. Everything arrived in great condition all my boxes and my furniture.

The Guys were absolute troopers!
When I moved out of my rental, I asked for help transporting boxes and a few personal items. The movers from Cross Country Moving LLC called before arriving and followed my directions perfectly. They loaded and unloaded without hesitation. The process stayed calm and well managed. All my belongings arrived safely and looked just as they did before the move.
