Very professional and top notch.
Very courteous and took great care of our belongings. They wrapped all of our furniture with care to ensure that it wasn’t scratched or damaged. They checked in with us multiple times throughout the move to see if we were satisfied with the progress and asked if we wanted them to adjust or move anything. Very professional and top notch. Cross Country Movers is my preferred mover.

The team was punctual, professional, and very efficient from start to finish. They handled all of my furniture and boxes with care, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Moving a one-bedroom apartment can still be stressful, but they made the process smooth and worry-free. Everyone was friendly and respectful, and the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Cross Country Movers to anyone looking for reliable movers — I’ll definitely use them again in the future!

They are cheap and highly suggested.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.

Family owned, professional, on time, good communication, follows directions, efficient, hard working polite staff. All things exactly as I wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Terrible communication on important matters
The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

From the initial quote to the final box unpacked, everything went smoothly and professionally. The team arrived right on time, fully prepared with all the necessary equipment—padding, dollies, and even specialized crates for our sensitive office electronics and furniture. They handled everything with care, ensuring no dings or scratches on our desks, chairs, or filing cabinets. What impressed me most was their efficiency; they disassembled and reassembled our modular workstations without a hitch, and they even helped organize the cables for our IT setup to minimize downtime.

Super heroes of moving
I’ve had movers be careless in the past, so I was skeptical. But this company restored my faith. They walked us through the process, double-checked fragile items, and used extra padding without me even asking. All my things arrived unharmed. I couldn’t be more thankful to them!

I am very pleased with their professionalism
Clark and Andrew did an outstanding job delivering the vanity that I ordered. They were considerate of where they drove on the property, making sure that I approved everything before they proceeded. They were also careful getting the vanity into the house, assuring there was no damage. I am very pleased with their professionalism and would use their services again.

Overall we were very pleased with our move. The company communicated with us every step of the move and so did the truck driver/movers. They were very transparent and flexible with pick up and delivery dates to accommodate to our travel schedule. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Maxwell and Anderson were excellent! They accommodated my last-minute move without any issues. They are a huge help all around and provide wonderful customer service! This company has provided me with dependable, competent service for the past two years.
