I would highly recommend this company.

The team and crew were very efficient, careful and professional. Led by Jesus who was friendly and attentive. Two things I would recommend is that the team bring their own ladders to get up into high shelves and a broom for any cleanup. I had to lend them mine. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend this company.

They carefully disassembled and reassembled my furniture, handled everything with great care, and navigated two flights of stairs without a single complaint. Their positive attitudes and teamwork made what is usually a stressful day feel easy and seamless. the couch from our living room did not fit in our new apartment, and these guys were such great sports to brought it back to our house. had an incredible experience

had an incredible experience from the first call though the end of the day. I had all of my questions answered up front. The team reached out when they were on the way and showed up when they said they would. Jorge, Jair, and Duberli were great to work with! They worked so well it seemed like they had worked together for years. They were able to anticipate the needs of each other and prepared the next piece of furniture while the others were busy.

They handled everything with care, ensuring no dings or scratches on our desks, chairs, or filing cabinets. What impressed me most was their efficiency; they disassembled and reassembled our modular workstations without a hitch, and they even helped organize the cables for our IT setup to minimize downtime.

To make moving the desk easier, I partially disassembled the desk by removing the lower section. There was no need to take apart the rest. Unfortunately, once the movers had it loaded onto their truck, they chose to dismantle more of it without reason. When the desk was delivered, it was incomplete. Four crucial metallic support pieces for the upper shelves were missing.

I’m glad I decided to call Cross Country Movers

Worked with Peter, Alexander and Ermaine and they did an incredible job. These guys were so careful with our stuff and were so fast. We were on the 3rd floor of our old apt and they got everything down to the truck super quick. All the furniture was carefully packed for shipping. We had no damage whatsoever. The three guys worked well together and had us completely moved, furniture in place and setup in a few hours. The cost was reasonable and Cross Country Movers is definitely my first choice if I have to move again.
