had an incredible experience from the first call though the end of the day. I had all of my questions answered up front. The team reached out when they were on the way and showed up when they said they would. Jorge, Jair, and Duberli were great to work with! They worked so well it seemed like they had worked together for years. They were able to anticipate the needs of each other and prepared the next piece of furniture while the others were busy.
We had an odd job of moving my basement workshop out of a small basement with a narrow, winding stairwell. I have lots of heavy machinery, awkward parts, and bulky equipment. They clearly know all the tricks of the trade. At the new house, they had to cross newly refinished wood floors and navigate freshly painted walls on the way down to the basement, and nothing was damaged or scuffed. We even had a surprise item to move from the garage to the second floor, and they were happy to help.
Worked with Peter, Alexander and Ermaine and they did an incredible job. These guys were so careful with our stuff and were so fast. We were on the 3rd floor of our old apt and they got everything down to the truck super quick. I’m glad I decided to call Cross Country Movers, they really helped me and my girlfriend out when we needed it most

Moving was super fast with a lot of care. Francine Drapeau provided all kind of help to make my moving easier. I won't be able to finish praising their service here. They" re efficient and hard working during your moving process. They come equipped and prepared thoroughly to protect any and all of your items needing any extra care. They definitely aim to please and I highly recommend them not only for my above statements, but also for their cost prevention in keeping their services affordable to the consumer. Andrii and his coworkers were great. Quick, efficient, helpful, and most of all considerate with our things. Moving is always a hassle, but this company made it easy. From the point of quote, them taking a visual inventory and providing us with a detailed quote via FaceTime, to the work the day of - you can tell they are true professionals. They were also early the day of the work and incredibly communicative. Great experience and will use them if we move within Florida again.
The team made my move really stress free. The movers took care of all the larger items, wrapping and packing everything that was not in boxes, and it all came safe which was the main good point for me. I also liked that I could choose the dates for pick up and delivery, so I didn't have to worry about my plans and schedule, I knew exactly when the team and my belongings arrive and they were on time. Great service!
