Korey and Aaron S were amazing help! We moved from Alabama and these guys made us feel at home while they helped getting our home together. They were fast, efficient, and safe. They made the final part of our move so incredibly smooth and we couldn't have asked for better help.

Exceptional customer service, level of care, punctuality, packing knowledge, professional demeanour, team work and communication skills. Did a two stop delivery in industrial part of Brooklyn with some cumbersome pieces and staircases and all arrived safely with a team that felt like they were in lock step. Said, Dima and Timur were timely without compromising handling. I had a seamless experience for something that is normally stressful. I was quoted a bunch of other rates by more “known” companies but am extremely happy I went with Cross Country Movers in the end. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!
The team made my move really stress free. The movers took care of all the larger items, wrapping and packing everything that was not in boxes, and it all came safe which was the main good point for me. I also liked that I could choose the dates for pick up and delivery, so I didn't have to worry about my plans and schedule, I knew exactly when the team and my belongings arrive and they were on time. Great service!
had an incredible experience from the first call though the end of the day. I had all of my questions answered up front. The team reached out when they were on the way and showed up when they said they would. Jorge, Jair, and Duberli were great to work with! They worked so well it seemed like they had worked together for years. They were able to anticipate the needs of each other and prepared the next piece of furniture while the others were busy.

They were in touch often in the days and weeks leading up to my move; and on the day of, even given a slight timing delay, they made up for it by bringing an extra team member to help the process go quicker. We had an odd job of moving my basement workshop out of a small basement with a narrow, winding stairwell. I have lots of heavy machinery, awkward parts, and bulky equipment. They clearly know all the tricks of the trade. At the new house, they had to cross newly refinished wood floors and navigate freshly painted walls on the way down to the basement, and nothing was damaged or scuffed. We even had a surprise item to move from the garage to the second floor, and they were happy to help.
