Following the conclusion of a rather disastrous roommate situation, which ended in me finding out that my roommate, who held the lease, had been pocketing my portion of the rent which I had been paying him, and not paying the landlird, I had approximately two weeks to pack up all my belongings, move them into storage, and move in with a very good friend of mine, before the NYC Marshall evicted us. Once I completed my packing, I contacted Cross Country Moversmade arrangement with them to move & store my belongings, and within a day or two, they were there & all of this was accomplished. During the time that my belongings were in storage, Divine was very understanding and compassionate of my situation and, when the time came for me to move my belongings out of storage and into the new home, where I am still living, Divine Moving and Storage was very easy to work with in setting up a day & time and made this final step in the process very easy and seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Divine to any one looking for a moving or storage company.

Just Horrible
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them

Wow! Definitely a 5 ***** moving company. They are on time for the day of your move, which reduces any all stressors that can be related to your planned and busy day. They" re efficient and hard working during your moving process. They come equipped and prepared thoroughly to protect any and all of your items needing any extra care. They definitely aim to please and I highly recommend them not only for my above statements, but also for their cost prevention in keeping their services affordable to the consumer. Exceptional customer service, level of care, punctuality, packing knowledge, professional demeanour, team work and communication skills. Did a two stop delivery in industrial part of Brooklyn with some cumbersome pieces and staircases and all arrived safely with a team that felt like they were in lock step. Said, Dima and Timur were timely without compromising handling. I had a seamless experience for something that is normally stressful. I was quoted a bunch of other rates by more “known” companies but am extremely happy I went with Cross Country Movers in the end. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!

Unsatisfied customer SERVICE
When I tell you these guys destroyed my furniture, I’m not exaggerating. My wooden dresser? Deep scratches all over the surface. My dining table? A massive chip on the corner. My couch? Mystery stains that weren’t there before.

They are very careful, curtious I love everything about this company!! I have used them since 2011 every move! Ii include lots of cold water a paid lunch their pick and they are worth a tip!! Poor estimate and poor communication
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.

Everything was done quickly, carefully, and with great organization. Every item was packed securely, nothing was damaged, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The whole process went smoothly and right on schedule — you can tell they have a lot of experience.
