The team reached out when they were on the way and showed up when they said they would. Jorge, Jair, and Duberli were great to work with! They worked so well it seemed like they had worked together for years. They were able to anticipate the needs of each other and prepared the next piece of furniture while the others were busy.
From start to finish, the process was professional, organized, and completely stress-free. The team was punctual, careful with every item, and extremely respectful of my time and property. Everything was wrapped properly, handled with care, and delivered exactly as promised. What stood out most was the level of trust. What a great experience with this company. I moved so many time in my life but this was the best experience I ever had. The way they take care of your items it’s amazing. Professionally wrapping do you get no damages. Crew were great very efficient, they worked non stop and I really appreciate them. My sister will be using them also for her move to Florida. Cross Country Movers helped me move from SF to LA and were excellent. They were timely and very accommodating and made sure that everything was packed carefully. Even when I needed the drop off time to be delayed, they were able to adjust their schedule to meet mine. The movers were also very nice. Highly recommended moving company.
They were also so nice and had such a good attitude, even with my blunder, which made the day easier. They packed what was inventoried, then made a separate list and got me a quote for the additional stuff I had so that I could pay the balance without any delay or headache in moving everything else. Then they loaded the rest of the truck and got me in my new place super fast! They also did a great job keeping my furniture safe in the move. They’re so fantastic, and I highly highly recommend them. We’ll be using them again for our next move without a doubt!
