The team was punctual, professional, and very efficient from start to finish. They handled all of my furniture and boxes with care, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Moving a one-bedroom apartment can still be stressful, but they made the process smooth and worry-free. Everyone was friendly and respectful, and the pricing was very fair. They made everything easy from the start, from e-signatures to scheduling, it was outstanding service. The moving team was punctual and easy to get ahold of when needed. They went above and beyond during the move, making this a seamless experience. Jessica handled this move for us and she also was incredible, so kind, trustworthy, and was available for us with any questions we had. I highly recommend using this company and ask for Jessica; best moving experience I have ever had!

Exceptional movers

Keith, Jalen, and Tony were exceptional movers. They constantly communicated with my wife and me about what we wanted moved from our apartment and where we wanted to put everything in the house where we moved. They were methodical and swift. I trusted them the entire time that they were moving us, and I am glad that I chose Cross Country Movers over all of their competitors in the Chicagoland area. We believed that they would be the best moving company, and they were.

I couldn’t believe how smooth the transition was from our two-bedroom condo to our new family home. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture with care, labeled every box, and protected our fragile items. Not a single thing was scratched. Their efficiency and knowledge impressed us deeply.

super helpful

Forest was super helpful in providing a quote and assisting in the scheduling of our move. Provided additional details which were helpful. Our crews both days were great! They were friendly and efficient, helpful too. Company was even able to store all our stuff for a couple days as well.

Happy to Hire them

Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!

Immensely satisfied

I packed my belongings into a storage unit while traveling abroad, and upon my return, I needed everything delivered to my new place. I had forgotten what was in some boxes, but the movers helped me sort it all out and didn't rush me. They even helped set up the heavy furniture in the right rooms. It made returning home feel a lot more welcoming.

Bloody basters

Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!
