Cross Country Movers has helped me over my last 6 moves. They are legit. They are honest, hard working, and provide good customer service. Every crew we’ve had has been great, which has made me such a loyal customer. Recently we had Alex, Ubaldo, and Jugo on our move from Manhattan Beach. They are cheap and highly suggested.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.

My hats off to you!
After years in the same condo, my parents were downsizing, and I wanted it to go smoothly for them. The movers I hired from this company arrived early, explained everything clearly, and treated my parents’ belongings with so much care and respect. They even took the time to reassemble furniture at the new place. My parents were comfortable the entire time, which meant everything to me. Absolutely recommended!

Quick and Effortless!
I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.

Great Customers Services!
This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!

They arrived exactly on time and did not leave until the job was perfectly done. We will have a second move in four weeks to finish and complete the process and I am going to ask for Louis Olivo and his crew again there are perfect for what I was looking for. Would absolutely hire again.
They showed up on time, worked quickly, and handled everything with care. Communication was clear, they were polite and professional, and they wrapped/loaded efficiently without rushing in a way that felt careless. The move was smooth and done in less than three hours. Would absolutely hire again.

If I could do zero star I would
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.

Price was super reasonable as well.
We made our reservation over a month ahead of time and received constant reminders in advance of the move date. On the day of the move, Emmanuel, Roberto, and Felix arrived on time and did everything we expected and hoped for to make the move successful (boxing, wrapping, transporting, etc). They were a great crew and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Price was super reasonable as well.
