When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
We used Aaron Glide to move some items into storage to prep for our upcoming move. Zach and Marcos were excellent! Very impressed with the service they provided and how courteous they were! They were like stealth ninjas moving through the house and packing items. Things were completed within 3 hours and they were on their way! Would definitely use them again!
We appreciated getting the follow-up confirmation from Shannon. On move day, John, Josh and Jenna were wonderful! They were so thoughtful and polite and efficient! We couldn’t have asked for better service. They were a joy to work with and took great care of our belongings. Thank you!
From start to finish, they were on top of everything. There was no need to monitor their speed or work ethic. They took apart my canopy bed with ease and managed to fit all of my items into the storage unit like a giant Jenga puzzle (perfectly packed and organized). It was such a relief to work with people I could trust to just get it done right. Highly recommend!
Wow! Definitely a 5 ***** moving company. They are on time for the day of your move, which reduces any all stressors that can be related to your planned and busy day. They" re efficient and hard working during your moving process. They come equipped and prepared thoroughly to protect any and all of your items needing any extra care. They definitely aim to please and I highly recommend them not only for my above statements, but also for their cost prevention in keeping their services affordable to the consumer. This was my second time using Cross Country Movers, and once again they delivered excellent service. The team - Pupo, Brian, Huberto, and Fidel - arrived early and worked efficiently with a lot of care and consideration. They wrapped my furniture (a first for me in all my moves!), provided a large box for several bulky loose items, and even offered me water, which was such a thoughtful touch. They packed the storage unit really well. Highly recommend!
