Moving amid a heat wave made me nervous about the weather. The crew kept everything going well even though they worked in shifts and brought water bottles.
The team then moved large, cumbersome items from another household to the new house. The items included an antique upright grand piano. This move was also completed flawlessly. We appreciate the effort and care of the team in completing all parts of this move. Thanks for simplifying our move.
Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!

When we move we call Cross Country Movers and nobody else! The care they take of our items is always top notch. It’s the patience the guys have with me that I live the most though. I am super picky and they move and rearrange the furniture until it is just right and are always so sweet about it, like I’m not being a pain. Best movers ever!
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
This was my second time using Cross Country Movers, and once again they delivered excellent service. The team - Pupo, Brian, Huberto, and Fidel - arrived early and worked efficiently with a lot of care and consideration. They wrapped my furniture (a first for me in all my moves!), provided a large box for several bulky loose items, and even offered me water, which was such a thoughtful touch. They packed the storage unit really well. Highly recommend!
This was my third time moving with Cross Country Movers, and once again, they went above and beyond. We had a huge house to move, and of course, some unexpected last-minute changes came up—but they handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. Every step of the way, the team was friendly, careful with our belongings, and just genuinely great to work with. They made a very stressful day feel so much easier. What a great experience with this company. I moved so many time in my life but this was the best experience I ever had. The way they take care of your items it’s amazing. Professionally wrapping do you get no damages. Crew were great very efficient, they worked non stop and I really appreciate them. My sister will be using them also for her move to Florida.
